So now, the Clippers are THE worst team in the NBA, regardless of record...after all, they lost to the Cavs.
The Clips are THE worst franchise in pro sports over the past 3 decades.
A little known prophecy, only found in the King LJames version of the Book:
“And once the King hath foresaken them, they shall cry out for 26 times. Then the Angel shall break the second and a half seal, and they shall know a moment of joy before falling into despair yet again.”
It’s a sign of the apocalypse, I tell ya!!!
The Clippers have always been pure crap. The only reason why anyone here in LA watches them now is to see Blake Griffin. Poor Ralph Lawler, must have broken his heart to see the Clippers lose to a team that had lost 26 straight OH ME OH MY
Sooner or later, someone was bound to take them lightly...
Sorry if this dumps on anyone’s parade...the worst thing about the end of the football season is basketball season.
Amen. Basketball is almost as bad as baseball.
If I remember correctly, the Miami Heat lost the first 17 games of their existence, when they joined the league in 1988. Their first victory as a franchise was against...
BIIIIIIIIIIINGOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!
The Los Angeles Clippers.
Recall that the expansion Miami Heat, who first played in the 1988-89 season (Rony Seikaly, anyone?) lost their first (of 17 straight games) to the Clippers.
Miami's first win of their franchise was against the Clippers at the L.A. Sports Arena, 89-88, on December 14, 1988.
Well it would be the Clippers. The Grizzlies are the only professional north america squad that is worse, and that’s because they are quite a bit newer than the Clippers. 40 years, and an average of .373 with only 7 playoff appearances? Atrociously bad.
Seems like the Clippers are always giving up games to teams that have huge losing streaks. Yep sounds like the Clippers alright. My cousin turned into a Clipper homer many years ago, decided to root for the underdog..the Clippers are always going to be terrible as long as Donald Sterling is the owner of the team. He is a major douchebag. He owns many apartment buildings here, my sister used to rent in one of his buildings, TERRIBLE landlord, so she moved out. If only Baron Davis had come to the Lakers, well, the Clippers were screwed when Elton Brand abandoned the team to go to Philly, if that team had stayed in tact anything could have happened, now, the Clippers will never make it to the playoffs, not til real changes are made
Very clever!
Amen and amen!
That’s why god created hockey and box lacrosse season. I stopped watching t-wolves games a long time ago and now I watch the Swarm and Wild. Speaking of which, the Swarm are on pace to make the playoffs and a few are expecting them to win the championship.
Go Cavs!
If you can't appreciate the pure beauty of the violin after hearing this, something's wrong with your ears.
Give each team 100 points, put two minutes on the clock and you have a basketball game.
