A lifelong acolyte of exercise and fitness, Sandy Shaffer works out three times per week, eats a diet loaded with fruits and vegetables, and somehow finds time to teach a weekly aerobics class, but at five-foot, five inches (1.65 meters) and 320 pounds (145 kilograms), Shaffer also is considered obese. But the plus-sized sports enthusiast insists that the label says little about the generally excellent state of her health.
And that is the single biggest problem she has with Michelle Obama's "Let's Move" health initiative.

I would say stop eating sugars (FRUIT) and start on a meat diet.
But that's just my opinion. But then there's also the "seppuku" style
of losing weight, but it's tricky if you expect to survive.
Always be sure if you use this technique to tell your "kaishakunin"
that you plan to live, AND SAY, "DON'T FINISH ME" Because it's just another
weight loss program you wish to try.

Some of the most fit in the NFL are 300lb plus. Big doesn’t necessarily mean unhealthy....

The thing that always cracks me up about that pic isn’t so much the difference in size. Princess Letizia and Carla Bruni-Sarkozy are a couple of very petite women.
What gets me is the stark contrast in how each presents themselves. The princess and the French First Lady are dressed stylishly and carry themselves well. Michelle’s dressed like she’s taking the kids to an amusement park and is hunched over like she just pulled a shift in a coal mine*.
*(absolutely no offense intended against miners, btw. It would be nice if either Barry or Michelle had actually worked a hard labor job at some point in their lives).

Shaffer, at 5'5 and 320 pounds, is
considered obese? That IS obese! And she works out three times a week ... what, for 20 minutes per workout? Who in their right mind would follow this person for an aerobics instructor? And at a measely three workouts a week, she is hardly what could be considered an "athlete."
Try working out four or five days a week, at least an hour per workout (not counting locker room time). Then maybe she'd be a little more trim. At 5'4, I'm about 130 pounds, and I ain't exactly skinny. And I eat a hell of a lot more than fruits and vegetables.
What a load of crap and spin this article is.

Some of the most fit in the NFL are 300lb plus. There are very few 5' 5" women in the NFL.
300+ pounds is huge for that height.

The one on the left? In a heartbeat....and I don't care if she paid me or not. lol
The one in the middle? Without a doubt
The one on the right? Hey even though I'm a Seasoned Citizen who doesn't "get around" as much as I used to, I do have my principles and draw the line at more than 1 ax handle wide.

I see your pair and raise you my pair.
I always aspired to marry someone like that.
When I was young, for fun.
Now that I'm an ol' fart, I think they would make a great pillow.
