Why is it so difficult to find any information as to how to insert an image into a post?

Why remember all these HTML commands, especially the more complex ones, when you want to insert a picture or link to an article??
Get the Firefox browser and install these two extensions/add-ons:
BBCode and/or BBCodeXtra
Both can insert your HTML code with just a click. And they have bulletin board codes too ( [ ] vs. < > )
