Urgent message from GOP Trust Executive Director Scott Wheeler
National Republican Trust PAC ^ | 03/11/2011 | Scott Wheeler

Unions are pouring millions into Wisconsin as all of America is watching. When unions show up demanding more pay and benefits that means YOUR TAXES GO UP!!!!

The labor unions are trying to recall 8 of the Republican legislators in Wisconsin to teach other states a lesson about crossing these corrupt unions.

We must respond! It is coming down to this fight. If we win, we can set the precedent for other states.

PLEASE UNDERSTAND WINNING PUBLIC OPINION IS CRUCIAL TO WINNING THIS FIGHT!!! That is why we are running our ads in Wisconsin and preparing to take them to other states where similar fights are taking shape.

Any Senator that has been in office for more than a year is subject to recall. There are 8 Pubs and 8 Dems, I believe, 8 on each side, that are subject to recall. As long as we petition for a recall of the 8 vulnerable Dems to go with their petition attempts against 8 Pubs, we are fine. Tit for tat. We must just make sure that we are indeed going after the recall of all 8 Dems while they are attempting to recall ours.

Pretty simple & effective message. Wonder why the GOP hasn't tried it before.

The unions, and the left/MSM, will pull their standard ploy of making it appear that everyone supports THEM,

and many folks say, when they do this, “hmmm... I don’t think their side makes sense, but since most other folks are on their side, I must be missing something - I better support them or I’ll be ostracized.”

I am interested to know under what circumstances and for what reasons can a person be recalled? Is it just a matter of if you get enough people to sign a petition? In Australia here - I don’t think we have such allowances unless a person has falsified statements pertaining to their true name or their eligibilty.

I think you can make the point by saying that for years the taxpayers didn’t have a seat at the “bargaining” table because the public sector unions and the Democrats were “bargaining” with taxpayer money and against their interests. Finally the Republicans represented the taxpayers! It’s really the public sector unions who are waging war on the middle class because in reality that is who pays their salary!

Also, Ask if anyone lost their jobs because of the collective bargaining limitations (answer - NO) - also emphasize that they STILL HAVE COLLECTIVE BARGAINING PRIVLEGES (It’s NOT a right).

The unions don’t have infinite money and people resources, especially if the various states start to shut down their cash flow.

Now would be a good time for every state to start a push for right-to-work legislation, causing the unions to get tired and broke.

I went to donate. They want more information than I'm willing to give out. They won't accept your card unless you give employer, job, place ,etc.... Sorry!

I agree with your post.

But while the unions do not have an infinite amount of money, this is literally a “live or die issue” for them as they are currently structured.

It is the front line fight for their survival, as well as the organizations that have linked arms with them.

If one adds in a deep reserve of non-union and most likely even non-U.S.monies, I think they may have an almost bottomless pit of cash.

Which makes it all the more important that this confrontation, as you urge, goes nationwide.

I just donated and put an appeal on my Facebook page for others to follow suit.

We have to stop this Union money-laundering scheme - if we tried this kind of chicanery we would be put in jail.
