I hear he might be angling for a donation of some sort from Apple. We're getting closer to the point where the gummint has to take down Apple.
See: Microsoft, AT&T and Standard Oil.
And the stock market is down 2% as I write. Any correlation?

Jesse is partially right. The Internet that was invented by Al Gore has resulted in Millions of jobs leaving the USA as computers have made it possible for hard working citizens of the world to compete for jobs with US companies.
Our US companies have moved their jobs overseas to avoid Unionization, Taxation, EPA, OSHA, DOL and many other government organiztions that drive up the cost of doing business in the USA. Sad thing when American is not a nation of TAKERS and not workers. We have far too many folks living on the handouts and that is a result of people like Jesse Jackson JR and SR.
Yes the Ipad has helped to create the possibilities of people in other parts of the world doing the jobs that were once American.
Welcome to Obummer’s world.

Jackson also doesn’t appear to realize that a lot of publishers are outsourcing their printing to China, too.

If the manufacturing was done in the USA, I am sure he would be delighted to picket their plant(s) with a big sign... tax the rich.

But there is no protection from job killing Libtards, with their excessive regulations, high energy costs, and punishing taxation, for jobs here in America to ensure that the American people are being put to work.
Minor edit for you there Jesse. Hope you don’t mind.

Jackson inquired as to the fate of publishing companies, bookstores, librarians and the paper industry in general. Is Mr. Jackson, jr., not worried about the poor trees that are sacrificed to support those industries? Heartless! Doesn't he know that ink is a petroleum product? Is he in favor of destroying the planet? Wait until Obama hears about this. He will be in serious trouble!

Jackson argued that the freshman class of Chicago State University in his district is not even using textbooks. Instead, theyre all given iPads. Jackson inquired as to the fate of publishing companies, bookstores, librarians and the paper industry in general. He suggested that these jobs will soon no longer exist but judging by Mister Jacksons perception of the culprit, were somehow confident hes more worried for the rolling paper industry. Jesse no longer a Algore disciple. Forget going paperless to save forests ... Jesse denies global warming.

Govvies should like electronic media, after all they can change it at a whim to match the prevailing political winds.
