Bulgarian street artist turns Soviet war monument into Superman, Wolverine, and other superheroes

Yesterday morning in Sofia, Bulgaria, anti-Communist street artists painted over a monument commemorating the 10th anniversary of the Soviet "liberation" (i.e. a Communist coup d'état) of Bulgaria in 1944. Who did they add to the statue? The Joker, among others.

Not supportive of vandalism, but in this case, on a soviet monument, I kind of like it...

Well the Germans started the war, so in this case it's deserved.

That would explain a memorial to the allies less the soviets (who do not have one there).

Hitler simply beat Stalin to the punch, and raped & murdered his way to victory. A soviet memorial sends the wrong message.
