This clip is an EXACT representation (albeit condensed version) of what’s happening in this country with our dear leader, Mmmmmmm, Mmmmmmm, Mmmmmm - OBAMA.
The soldiers, in this case liberals, moderates and blacks, have given Obama the veritable “AK-47” of all things economic, domestic and foreign, and issues with personal freedom. The result - not completely seen yet - is unmistakeably depicted by the monkey at the end, raising the “AK-47” in victory....
Looks like it was. However, I'm not sure they expected the monkey to actually fire the weapon.

I think all of these vids are are completely staged with very little reality. Not saying it is beyond the idea of dictators trying to train apes with machettes, but they still full well know that apes grow up to be unpredictable wild animals be they trained as children or not.
Monkey see monkey do. If you hand a AK-47 or Uzi loaded with real (not blank) bullets in the cartridge and showing the ape how to shoot of course you'd run like those soldiers, make no mistake...
