Smart money would bet that it will go the same way as the previous dozen cases.

And what does this AH Judge Royce Lamberth think he is going to do? Execute her? Yup.

“Orly Taitz “is either toying with the court or displaying her own stupidity...”

I’m betting on the latter.

many experts have said the LFBC is a forgery.
including ex-CIA agents, and some in sworn affidavits.
(have any legitimate experts sworn it is real?)

maybe they are wrong. but the courts should not
be ostructing honest efforts to find the truth.
especially not with things like “standing” not in the constitution. when the qualifications for POTUS are.

...and remember, the Supreme Court itself, has ruled CO2 -
PLANT FOOD - a pollutant, allowing the EPA with it’s 10.7
BILLION dollar budget, to use that to throw millions more Americans out of work.

so the same Courts that call plant food a pollutant,
refuse to have one honest hearing to examine documents
that should be open to every American?

...about a man who got a CONNECTICUT SSN,
as a teenager in Hawaii ?!?

The judge has now accepted Taitz’s court ordered redacted filing and where he made some minor fixes to it in his courtroom. The case has moved on.

Pretty clear that she's not the right dentist for the job.

In fact, I have to wonder whose team she's playing for, obama's or the truth's?

either toying with the court or displaying her own stupidity

Have the judge give me a call - I can tell him which.

“After making the somewhat hysterical claim in her motion for reconsideration that there may be ‘an employee in this court, who is intentionally sabotaging’ her, plaintiff engaged the court’s courtroom deputy clerk in a lengthy, accusatory conversation,”

Everyone is out to get Orly!

I am well aware of Orly's problems, however, I have seen more than one court case sabotaged by clerks with an agenda.

Can someone tell me exactly what she did that was wrong? I’m not clear about what is being explained here.

Orly may not be another Oliver Wendell Holmes but she deserves recognition for her tireless efforts to force the courts to look at the Obama usurpation of power.

She has been wrongfully sidelined and tripped up by clerks, bueaucrats, minions and functionaries at every turn.

Her efforts have exposed a facet of the corruption in the legal system that usually remains hidden from view.

Let’s face it - the courts don’t want to deal with Obama’s illegal occupation of the White House, and in one way or another have degraded, belittled, or ignored every challenger. Orly stands out because she just keeps coming back at them.

Where are the heavy legal hitters? They are hiding from doing the right thing because they see that the political power is aligned in favor of not permitting a challenge to the system.

Orly is an absolute idiot and has only made conservatives look ridiculous with this incessant nonsense.

Given the number of times that the Obama admin has thumbed their noses at the judiciary in just 2.5 years, you would think a few judges would show similar anger, if not more, towards the Obamatrons. Mind you, Taitz isn't exactly a great flag-bearer for the Birther movement may be worthy of a bit of derision. But it is time for the judiciary to bring the hammer down on Obama and Co.

This ‘birther’ thing is a disgrace.

It comes not from the idea that Obama’s policies are wrong and we can defeat his and the left’s ideas—something the Tea Party proved brilliantly this past election—but that we have to be like little children and have some deus ex machina that magically ends his presidency—which of course will led Joe Biden become president, and the right will suffer the wrath of the American people who don’t like their elections being undone.

They’ve got nothing but excuses—”It was the clerk’s fault!” “The Hawaiian state government is completely corrupt!” “The dog ate his birth certificate!”

The birthers have got nothing, and they’re the best thing Chrissy Matthews and Bill Maher ever got—they can use the simple word “Birthers” to paint the entire right as wackos.

You got nothing—you called Obama on his certificate, and when he delivered whatever the heck he delivered you then said “Oh, but that’s not what we meant, we meant THIS certificate!” and the nation laughed at you all for being a bunch of amateurs. Meanwhile, the real core of conservatism did the hard work and got Conservatives ELECTED.

Enough.

Do you know if Orly is trying to show that (1) Obama isn’t an NBC (ie born in Kenya or born of a parent who is not a citizen) or (2) Obama is an imposter?

If Orly is trying to show that Obama isn’t an NBC, then one assumes that Obama SR & Ann Dunham are Barry’s parents and then the fake SS# wouldn’t really be helpful as evidence.
