Former world heavyweight boxing contender and Minnesota Duluth football lineman Scott LeDoux died this afternoon at his home in Coon Rapids, Minn., at age 62 after a long battle with amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, or Lou Gehrigs disease.

Thanks for those links. LeDoux was in the ring with lots of serious boxing history from Ken Norton to Ron Lyle and gave a manly accounting of himself.
He lived big.

From everyone I’ve talked to, he was a good guy.
