Judge rules on Obama's Social Security Number [Tells attorney: 'Today is not your lucky day']
WND ^ | August 30, 2011 | Bob Unruh

Posted on 08/30/2011 4:32:16 PM PDT by RobinMasters

Announcing it's "not her lucky day," a federal judge in Washington, D.C., has told an eligibility attorney he has dismissed her case demanding information from the Social Security Administration regarding President Barack Obama's Social Security Number, sought because of suspicions it may be fraudulent.

The case was filed by California attorney Orly Taitz, who has battled many of the major court challenges to Obama's tenure in office based on a lack of evidence that he qualifies under the U.S. Constitution's requirement that a president be a "natural-born citizen."

The case at hand was filed against the Social Security Administration because of evidence that Obama's number was designated for use in Connecticut, when Obama has claimed he grew up in Hawaii and apparently had a Social Security Number there, as he reported he worked in an ice-cream shop then.

There has been no evidence he ever lived in Connecticut, and investigators have described the circumstances as suspicious.

The judge, Royce Lamberth credits Taitz for her dedication to her cause, but boasted that "today is not her lucky day."

He concluded that there's no real interest in determining whether the Obama Social Security Number is genuine or fraudulent, and the need for secrecy for the president trumps all else.

"The SSA explained that the Privacy Act of 1974 ... protects the personal information of social security number holders," he wrote. "The SSA determined ... the plaintiff had identified no public interest that would be served by disclosure."

I do actually speak four languages.

I doubt it.

So maybe I could be an interpreter for malpractice lawsuits against Orly.

What malpractice lawsuits? and even if you did, why would she need you if she is already fluent in at least five languages.

Fallacy of the false alternative, sir. One can pursue both the defeat of Obama politically while still working to expose his ineligibility to hold the office. They are not mutually exclusive goals. In fact they are complementary goals.

Face it Birthers. Either Orly is one of the worst lawyers in the history of Anglo-American jurisprudence, or she is deliberately filing cases that she knows she will lose, just to keep you folks riled up.

This post smacks of paid political advertizing.

Q. What article of the United States Constitution requires that a person (A) have a social security number, that (B) satisfies the demands of a demented former dentist, in (C) in a lawsuit brought in US District Court, to be eligible to be President?

A. None. So even if Orly had won this suit, nothing would happen. Except Birthers would yell the same thing they are yelling now. "Fix."

If you want want to be a political Walter Mitty, fantasizing about doing great deeds, while doing nothing, then Birtherism is for you. If you want to accomplish something, work for candidates.

9/11 conspiracy theories won’t go away either. That doesn’t mean they’re being taken seriously.

You are comparing apples to road apples there freeper. You should be comparing 9/11 theroies to JFK assasination theories or the like.

Each state allows a window to challenge candidates from having their names placed on the election ballots. That is a matter of state law.

That’s because the “tired old conversative” is too tired for logic and reasoning...

I know that I wish I could pull off that kind of coiffure.

You should change your Freeper name to “La Sorda” in that case...the feminine version.

With Rush Limbaugh claiming that Obama hasn't been vetted, you seriously think that this will go away?

When did I say it was going away?

Hee hee hee...the problem for the other prisoners will be that Obama has a preference for men, especially clad in pink. Might have to keep them separated.

Those who mock Orly deserve to have . . . .

Well, she could try legalzoom.com or just use Google, for that matter . . . to learn civil procedure.

You missed the point, Pilsner ... but does that surprise?

The point is, sir, that your fallacy of the false alternative, which you apparently still hold near and dear, means you have lost the argument — at least among those who cherish logic and reason.

One other thing, and perhaps you can explain this, you anti-birthers almost always use the ad hominem attack, another fallacy. We birthers can talk facts all day long, you can only resort to insults. And the really weird thing about you guys is that you think you make sense. Whenever you use the ad hominem attack, a fallacious argument, you lose — at least in logical company.

Really? Let us examine a few Birther posts to me, in just the past week.

Brown Deer to Pilsner Q. Are you a moron?

itsahoot to Pilsner ... This post smacks of paid political advertizing.

DiogenesLamp to Pilsner ... Did you say something wickless? Your voice is so high pitched I couldn't hardly hear you.

DiogenesLamp to Pilsner ... You posting as someone who is missing a wick sounds about right to me.

DiogenesLamp to Pilsner We can't afford to pay our side. You've got Daddy Sorros and Obama to fund your side.!

Fantasywriter to Pilsner ... Pat yourself on the back. You and Soros are singing from the same page.

Insults, and unsubstantiated allegations that I am on the George Soros payroll. Which about all Birthers ever have.

You, on the other hand, having apparently stumbled upon an index of logical fallacies, bring a fresh, pseudo intellectual, take to Birther blather. Makes for a change. I'm interesting in seeing how you use allegations of logical fallacies to prove that BO can be removed from office by the courts.
