Judge rules on Obama's Social Security Number [Tells attorney: 'Today is not your lucky day']
WND ^ | August 30, 2011 | Bob Unruh

Posted on 08/30/2011 4:32:16 PM PDT by RobinMasters

Announcing it's "not her lucky day," a federal judge in Washington, D.C., has told an eligibility attorney he has dismissed her case demanding information from the Social Security Administration regarding President Barack Obama's Social Security Number, sought because of suspicions it may be fraudulent.

The case was filed by California attorney Orly Taitz, who has battled many of the major court challenges to Obama's tenure in office based on a lack of evidence that he qualifies under the U.S. Constitution's requirement that a president be a "natural-born citizen."

The case at hand was filed against the Social Security Administration because of evidence that Obama's number was designated for use in Connecticut, when Obama has claimed he grew up in Hawaii and apparently had a Social Security Number there, as he reported he worked in an ice-cream shop then.

There has been no evidence he ever lived in Connecticut, and investigators have described the circumstances as suspicious.

The judge, Royce Lamberth credits Taitz for her dedication to her cause, but boasted that "today is not her lucky day."

He concluded that there's no real interest in determining whether the Obama Social Security Number is genuine or fraudulent, and the need for secrecy for the president trumps all else.

"The SSA explained that the Privacy Act of 1974 ... protects the personal information of social security number holders," he wrote. "The SSA determined ... the plaintiff had identified no public interest that would be served by disclosure."

Actually, he decided she had no evidence to suggest a crime, and therefor no reason to have the courts act as her private detective agency. The assertion that a crime has been committed isn’t enough. You need some evidence, and the court is NOT the place to collect it.

It is the equivalent of me going to court and demanding all your financial records because I think you are an embezzler. And when asked why, I reply, “I saw it on the Internet...”

That doesn’t cut it in a federal court.

Hey, all I ask is that the President not be embarrassed.

After all our system justice puts one man above the rest just like our Constitution says.

And if that makes our justices start jabbering jibberish, that’s good enough for me.

Read his opinion, and get back to me. I promise I won’t ask you that, if Lamberth’s opinion is “jibberish,” why can’t even an incompetent attorney such as Taitz knock him out of the park. Or any Federal judge, for that matter. What is she, 0 for 6, now?

“.....He concluded that there's no real interest in determining whether the Obama Social Security Number is genuine or fraudulent, and the need for secrecy for the president trumps all else....”

Kind of says it all right there. The courts are about protecting those in power and the secrecy surrounding the President.

********

Does the statement above also apply to questions surrounding the Social Security card of the President's uncle Obama who was recently arrested in Massachusetts?

1. That is, while, according to the judge, there may not be any interest in the Social Security number of the Obama who happens to be the President of the United States, there certainly seems to a lot of interest in whether or not illegal immigrant Obama's Social Security card is genuine or fraudulent.

2. It may just be me, but I don't understand how a judge can reject a case just because, in his opinion, there is no real interest in determining whether President Obama's Social Security number is genuine or fraudulent, and the need for secrecy for the president trumps all else....

3. I thought courts were set up to seek justice wherever the search led them.

4. I didn't realize that courts based their acceptance of criminal cases on the degree or amount of interest the public showed in such a case like a case involving Social Security fraud.

5. I didn't realize it was some type of popularity contest.

6. I don't care if a Social Security fraud case involves an illegal immigrant or the President of the United States, the courts should seek justice and the truth in both cases.

7. I bet that illegal immigrants who use fraudulent or stolen Social Security cards are smiling today, because they now feel that if the President of the United States is not going to be investigated as to whether or not he has a fraudulent Social Security card, then why would the courts waste their valuable time to investigate the fraudulent or stolen Social Security application of a lowly immigrant, legal or illegal?

8. Watergate and President Nixon:

"and the need for secrecy for the president trumps all else...."”

9. Imagine if the judge had thrown out the Watergate case and said that he did so because "the need for secrecy for the president trumps all else...."”

10. President Nixon would not have been forced to resign, and the history of the United States might have been much more different than it is today.

11. Also, I didn't know that "the need for secrecy for the president trumps all else...." was more important than making sure that justice was served no matter how important the person being investigating was.

12. I didn't realize that the President of the United States was above the law.

13. If there is a serious question that the President of the United States used a stolen or fraudulent Social Security card, then it should be investigated to the fullest extent of the law.

I’m curious. Let’s say that I file a civil suit against you in order to obtain your social security number. Would you have a problem with that? If not, why not?

Through Orly’s persistence, she has pretty well exposed the fact that there simply is no COLB for Obama. The fact that judges keep attempting to stifle her is an indication of how much they fear the public finding out the truth. I applaud Orly for all she has done. Though not perfect, she at least has stepped up to the plate.

Pray for Orly Taitz, who is brave enough to do what no one else will do.

Update, motion to compel producion of Obama’s original BC was postponed to November 21, 9:30 am

Today at 5:15 pm PST we had a hearing with the District Judge Susan Oke Mollway. She supervises magistrate judge Puglisi.

She gave me ECF privileges to file electronically.

Deputy atorney General of Hawaii Jill Nagamine and assistant Attorey General Rebecca Quinn were there and demanded to dismiss the case and the hearing in light of todays’ order by judge Lamberth.

I argued against it and stated that according to the rules of court I have an opportunity to file a motion for reconsideration and in light of newly discovered evidence, I have no doubt that such motion will be granted, as such the case is still active.

Judge Oke -Mollway denied oral motion by the deputy Attorney general and the assistant Attorney General, she did not dismiss the case and she simply rescheduled the hearing.

She originally rescheduled the hearing to October 23, later she said that because of some big conference in HI she will reschdule for November 21, 9:30 am before judge Puglisi(I could not hear well, which conference it was, I thought she said AIPAC, but I am not sure and I did not want to ask too many questions) .

I asked for more time to respond to the opposition, she gave me until September 16 to reply and I can do it electronically.

Meanwhile I will be working on my motion for reconsideration with judge Lamberth and providing him with new evidence about our dear Usurper- in- Chief.(what fun)

Well, dodged the bullet here, I am off to have dinner with my family and celebrating my B-day. It did not turn out that bad after all.

Dr. Taitz is a brilliant lawyer because she is keeping this thing alive and winning the war without ever winning a battle. Oh Tee Hee, she is running rings around the Obotski!!! If Obama’s lawyers had any sense they would just give up and let her see what she wanted and get this over, but they are all from Harvard and Yale I bet, and too stupid to think of the simple answer. Oh, this will still be going by election time. Congratulations Dr. Taitz!!!

Judge Lamberth was the Judge in many of the Clinton lawsuits. He would seem to rule against Clinton but then give unlimited time to scrub the matter. Then it would be moot. For instance, he ruled the clinton admin had to preserve and turn over numerous emails. They made no effort to comply. Then it ruled it was too late. He is another hick in the Libs pockets.

******

Shouldn't judge Lamberth at least examine President Obama's Social Security 1970s application for himself in private---form SS-5---to determine if there is any fraud involved before he dismisses the case?

Lambert is a shill for Obama and his enablers. He is also a devious conniving lawyer without decent scruples. When all is said and done about the fraud , Lambert should be high on the list to be held accountable. His ‘no real interest words show he is deliberate in obfuscating the issue. The words should have been directed at whether or not a ‘real crime’ had been committed and allowed discovery. The man is a no good sellout of the public’s interest. Perhaps there is more interest in all those secret investigations that the public isn’t aware of.

I think the fix is in.

LOL. The fix was in the moment Hillary's noblesse oblige procession to the presidency was run off the road in the primaries.

Actually, even before that.

I don't understand why you would want to sue me in court just to see my Social Security number or my Social Security application, when under normal circumstances, I would show you my number in private if you simply asked me to show it to you.

For instance, as you may know, for many years, a state driver's license had your Social Security number on it.

So, if you were a clerk in a store who wanted me to show you some identification, I would have simply pulled out my driver's license, where you would see my Social Security number right there. No big deal.

NOTE: I checked the Social Security site, and I can get a copy of my original application for a small fee and with written permission to allow Social Security to send me a copy of my own application. No big deal.

I didn't become interested in computers or the fascinating internet until President Clinton's second term was just about over, so I really did not know my way around message boards until Clinton was just about finished with his second term.

The politically well-connected can drag out almost anything indefinitely. Dr. Taitz is the one of the very few persistent enough to keep this thing going despite constant ridicule and dead-ends. She originally comes from a society that knows better than our own that often persistence eventually pays off. Patience and persistence is what the leftist have used to bring our system to its knees. Dr. Taitz is giving a little of it back to them. Keeping this on the back burner is not helping Obama. It is slowly eroding his credibility without any political cost to any of our leading candidates. And you never know one day Dr. Taitz may even have a “lucky day” what ever that may mean. Unfortunately, this most likely will be sometime after Obama is out of favor and out of office.

It’s not going away, that is the issue. It will become an issue on the national stage when the Fraudster applies to be on the state election ballots in 2012. There’ll be many, many challenges.
