When was the last time both and Buffalo and Detriot won their first two games? The Lions put up 48 points on KC today, Buffalo put up 38.
Coming from the same perspective as a Cleveland fan, you Bills folks deserve every good thing that happens to you.
The fact that both played by beloved Chiefs plays no small part in their records.
The Lions beat my Packers last year in a game where I was about to throw in the Title Towel. They have a great team and the NFC North is going to be fun this year!!!
Annnnd, the Redskins are, along with GB (Carolina put a scare into them though), and while we’re on this, the Colts are 0-2. Minnesota looked good for most of their game, but the Buccanneers came back and beat them, leaving them winless.
Although I have always been a Packers fan the Lions are my home team. It is nice to see them doing well but I remember when they were 5-0 and then got toasted by Dallas. They sucked the rest of the year after that loss.
I hope the Lions do well this year but I want the Pack to repeat.
BTW, where’s Detriot? ;’)
Yep that defense is scary, teams are forced to triple team Suh which is freeing up a lot of players on defense. If Fairley is as good as they say that d-line will be even more incredible.
The Chiefs are the Royals of the NFL.
Lions earn record-breaking 48-3 win over Chiefs

He’s sitting on the bench of my fantasy team and has outscored my started 2 games in a row.... 3 INTs don’t matter when he throws for 400+ and runs for 50 more with a TD.
Anyone want to trade me a good running back for Ben Roethslisberger?
I am also not surprised by the good performance of Buffalo QB Ryan Fitzpatrick. When the Rams had him, I thought he could develop into being a good QB in the right situation.
When I saw the Chiefs play the Rams in pre-season, I thought they were gawd-awful.
How ‘bout dim Cowboys?
Call me when they play a team that doesn’t stink. Beating KC twice, Oakland and Tampa is a convenient way to get to a combined 4-0 but it ain’t an impressive 4-0.
Please freepmail me if you wish to be added or dropped from the mitten ping.
Personally--I'm too excited about the amazing season the Tigers are having to care much about anything else. "Go Lions!!!" and all that but I'm a baseball gal at heart.
I’m not a big fooseball fan but I’m excited about the Tigers. Verlander got win number 24 today. He’s firmly in the MVP conversation and the Cy Young is pretty much in the bag.
We can even realistically think about an AL championship again. They’re only down a couple of games on the Yankees now.
No need for the suit. Welcome to the Lion’s Den. :) Oh, and you may want to become a Tigers fan, too. FINALLY stuff is clicking.
Allah-- eh, God is telling us that if two good union towns like Detriot and Buffalo can be undefeated in the NFL... then this bill must be passed--
If you love the Detroit Lions, good union boys... then pass this bill--
Did I mention I killed... Osama so you'd love me?
If you love the Buffalo Bills, more good union boys... then pass this bill--
If you want an American made by unions... pass this bill--
By the way, I did kill... Osama with my bare hands so you'd love me!
So, pass... this bill if you love me, the Lions and the Bills-
Yep, Halloween already... has had enough!
