The wind’s not too bad right now, but it’s getting stronger as the day progresses. Yard and street are full of leaves right now and SIL blew it clean yesterday afternoon. He’s got a great gas powered blower which he’ll tackle again this afternoon like he does everyday.
The top of our Modesto ash is bare but the lower branches are still green and not falling. It’s a pretty site to look out the window at all the trees in the neighborhood and their beautiful colored leaves.

what a nice story you have shared.. and yest that last sentiment is true about gathering info & keeping it recorded. I wish I had been diligent with my grandparents, aunts and uncles and parents.
