Gloria Allred is supposed to appear today with the third Cain accuser, and at Google News, (among a few more news stories), it reads: CBS News: "Gloria Allred To Offer Up New Cain Accuser." The Daily Caller: "Gloria Allred To Represent New Cain Accuser."
Question in its totality, since space in thread title does not permit: ...will Cain be afforded the presumption of innocence by the MSM?
Secondly, (rhetorical question): is the onus of proof upon him to disprove or upon others to prove?
No matter how badly the MSM says that he has supposedly handled this, the onus of proof is not upon him. And he is to be afforded the presumption of innocence, right?
From what I have seen, nothing has been proven, yet this isn't going away and yet it can't be avoided.
Don’t think that Gloria and her illegal Neekee were all that finished off Meg Whitman. Meg had lied on the campaign trail, and was wholly unlikable. Conservatives had to really hold our noses to cast a vote for her.
Thus the election of Barack Obama, Mr. Hope-n-Change with a big stash of OPM.

I said yesterday here that they will keep hitting Cain with sexcapades, and when they run out, they will drum up financial improprieties, and when they finally get to “he can’t serve because he had cancer,” they’ll be at the end of their attacks.
That isn't no lie. Most of them couldn't tell you who the Vice President is, nor could they find the U.S. on a map.
Why do you think after Obama has damn near wrecked this nation that he still has a 40%+ approval. If we were a "bright bunch" is would be <5%.

Presumption of innocence is a legal term.
You cannot apply it to human nature.
What the left is doing goes far beyond determining guilt or innocence. The affects of these high-tech lynchings go beyond vetting the candidate for office. The media has effectively derailed Cain’s message by associating his name with sexual harassment, regardless of the truth.
We have no laws to prevent the media from doing this.
There is no way to defend against such claims in the public’s eye.
Cain’s only defense is to go on offense.
The enemy’s tactic WILL WORK given time.
It’s allready working at levels that are undetectable by current polls and contributions.
The only plus side to this is that it is bringing him name recognition that he would not otherwise be getting.
If you repeat a lie often enough, it eventually will become the truth in the public court of opinion.
Just heard a brief news report where Gloria Allred was referred to as a “High Profile Attorney”.... while dogging Cain as unable to shake the “controversy”... lol.
The “controversy” has been unable to to shake Cain is more like it. Unfortunately, the lies keep coming like a swarm of fire ants attacking an armadillo. Eventually, the armadillo loses.
