Semi-nude shoppers stand outside in cool temperatures for free clothes during a promotion by a Spanish clothes outlet on Jan. 2, in Madrid, Spain. The first one hundred semi-nude shoppers were alllowed free clothes on the first day of the January sales.

This simply shows what everyone who has been to the beach in the last 10 years knows - namely that teenagers are chunkier than they used to be - a phenomenon apparently not limited to the USA.

It’s funny/ironic how the recipients of governmental handouts in socialist countries (like so many in Spain and Greece and the welfare class in the US) are overweight, yet they still complain they do not have enough and need more and more and more from “the government” which is the working class.

Not surprising that socialist countries are imploding around the globe. How ill prepared the “takers” are for having their supplies cut off.
