Explanation: Lurking behind dust and stars near the plane of our Milky Way Galaxy, IC 10 is a mere 2.3 million light-years distant. Even though its light is dimmed by intervening dust, the irregular dwarf galaxy still shows off vigorous star-forming regions that shine with a telltale reddish glow in this colorful skyscape. In fact, also a member of the Local Group of galaxies, IC 10 is the closest known starburst galaxy. Compared to other Local Group galaxies, IC 10 has a large population of newly formed stars that are massive and intrinsically very bright, including a luminous X-ray binary star system thought to contain a black hole. Located within the boundaries of the northern constellation Cassiopeia, IC 10 is about 5,000 light-years across.

When I got your snarky reply to a comment I made on another thread, I decided that I would not respond, since it seemed you merely have a chip on your shoulder approaching the size of an entire Sequoia tree. But when you vented your “chip” again, on a second thread, I changed my mind.
Just a hunch, mind you, but you come across as a guy with a severe case of Redbutt against God for some reason. I’d guess that you are a staunch promoter of the fraudulent and foundationless “Separation of Church and State” crock! You apparently want Christians to shut up, go off in a corner and die!
To my mind, Jim Robinson and The Mods call the shots as to what is acceptable for threads, replys and comments on all FR threads. If the day should come when Believers are required to “park their faith and beliefs at the door” when they enter the FR site, IMHO, FR will have begun a slide into irrelevance.
If you don’t want to be confronted with any mention or thoughts of a Diety before Whom we will ALL someday answer; ignore those comments which would offend you.....just as I and many like me do our best to ignore, evade and rise above the constant and unavoidable profanity, vulgarity and sacriligiosity with which we are bombarded nearly every moment of every day, everywhere we go.
