Maybe if she filed her papers properly or at least managed to have someone check her spelling..

I wouldn't go so far as to call her a tard, but I kinda have this problem with her as well. She needs to hire a good paralegal or legal secretary to handle finalization of her papers and make sure they comply with all state, federal and local court rules about formatting and such. Unfortunately, she loses credibility points (you know what they say about first impressions).

Gotta wonder what will happen if the judge puts out a warrant for 0.

Good question. Probably Holder will interfere and put some pressure where it will have the most effect -- but I doubt we'd ever hear about it.

Will the Georgia State Bar condone an attorney “boycotting” a hearing for his client?

Maybe one of the attorneys in here can enlighten us on whether there's some sort of Federal Rule of Civil Procedure that allows a party and/or his attorney to avoid a hearing when personally ordered to do so. I don't recall ever having read such a rule.

Actually if you paid attention it isn’t Orly bringing these suits, it is regular Georgia citizens asking for the records as proof Obama is eligible.

Ya’ know what... you’ve pretty much spoken my mind. THANK YOU!

I posted to another thread speaking to the fact that when most of us here at FR are dropping a deuce tomorrow morning, Orly will be in court as a Plaintiff, while the rest of us will be in the process of wiping are arses.

Does anyone know off-hand the D vs R makeup of the GA Statehouses? Even if his name doesn't appear on a ballot, according to the US Constitution state electors will be assigned by the state legislature. So Obama could still "win" GA, even if he doesn't appear on the ballot, without a single vote.

The Republicans hold overwhelming (almost veto-proof) majorities in both the Georgia House and the Senate. They also hold every major elected office in Georgia.

Hmm... if Obama were taken off the Georgia ballot and then filed a lawsuit to appear on the ballot, he would presumably have to demonstrate that he had legal standing to file such a suit. Sweet...

He seems to be holding the line so far - response was precisely how I would have responded (I’m a municipal court judge).

oh, I see what he’s doning here. He’s not disrespecting the court, the constitution and the rule of law. He’s just protesting that a racist court is trying to apply the law to him.

I think the GA. Court held their ground and did what was in the best interest of the GA. voters... follow the law. sheesh. How does such a usurper get out of one’s own making? Cue the ‘karate’ (vocalized) sound effects!
