All European Life Died In Auschwitz
E-mail | January 15, 2008 | By Sebastian Vilar Rodriguez

Posted on 01/28/2012 5:16:30 PM PST by I Hate Obama

The e-mail said that the following article was published in a Spanish newspaper on January 15, 2008 and was written by Sebastian Vilar Rodriguez---

I walked down the street in Barcelona, and suddenly discovered a terrible truth – Europe died in Auschwitz. We killed six million Jews and replaced them with 20 million Muslims. In Auschwitz we burned a culture, thought, creativity, and talent.

We destroyed the Chosen People, truly chosen, because they produced great and wonderful people who changed the world.

The contribution of this people is felt in all areas of life: science, art, international trade, and above all, as the conscience of the world.

These are the people we burned.

And under the pretense of tolerance, and because we wanted to prove to ourselves that we were cured of the disease of racism, we opened our gates to 20 million Muslims, who brought us stupidity and ignorance, religious extremism, and lack of tolerance, crime, and poverty, due to an unwillingness to work and support their families with pride.

They have blown up our trains and turned our beautiful Spanish cities into the third world, drowning in filth and crime.

Shut up in the apartments they receive free from the government, they plan the murder and destruction of their naive hosts.

And thus, in our misery, we have exchanged culture for fanatical hatred, creative skill for destructive skill, intelligence for backwardness and superstition.

We have exchanged the pursuit of peace of the Jews of Europe and their talent for a better future for their children, their determined clinging to life because life is holy, for those who pursue death, for people consumed by the desire for death for themselves and others, for our children and theirs.

What a terrible mistake was made by miserable Europe.

I’d say WWII finished what WWI started. Hard to believe that in 30 years a whole continent practically extinguished the best part of it’s civilization.

Refusing the boats, and Canada did it as well so we’re equally culpable for we did do, set them up to be sent into the gas chambers.

There’s no question that the US government knew, but kept it from the US population as to the conditions that Jews were facing, including pogroms.

It’s a regrettable time in history. Nothing wrong with saying so.

It doesn’t mean you’re evil today.

“Authenticated information that the Nazis were systematically exterminating European Jewry was made public in the United States in November 1942. President Roosevelt did nothing about the mass murder for fourteen months, then moved only because he was confronted with political pressures he could not avoid and because his administration stood on the brink of a nasty scandal over its rescue policies. . . . Franklin Roosevelt’s indifference to so momentous a historical event as the systematic annihilation of European Jewry emerges as the worst failure of his presidency.”

P.S. It wasn't "we" but the Russians who liberated Auschwitz and Treblinka.

The first gas chambers weren’t constructed until 1942. At the time , in the ‘30s most of America was unaware of just what was happening to Jews in Germany. And no American, in government or without could have imagined in 1933 what would eventually be discovered in 1945. 400,435 Americans didn’t give their lives in The Second World War out of the premise of a guilty conscience because ‘’we didn’t let Jews into America’’. America didn’t create gas chambers. The Germans did.

The US did not abandon the Jews. They were not our special responsibility any more than the Armenians, the Biafrans, the Tutsis or any other victims of genocide this past century. All unfortunate episodes in human history, but the US government’s duty is to provide for the safety of American citizens, not the rescue of all the victims of the world's evils.

Did we or did we not refuse Jews onto our shores during the 1930’s?

You don’t need to be holding the oven doors open or shoveling Nazi camp victims into the oven to be partly responsible for the problem.

If America and Canada had allowed Jewish refugee boats onto our shoreline, during this period, we could say that we didn’t contribute to the situation, but we didn’t. That is veritable history, we can’t change it.

As my grandfather repeatedly said, you are either part of the problem or part of the solution. When we refused the Jew boats, were we part of the solution or part of the problem?

European anti-Jewish and Jew hating sentiments were even more virulent than anti-Jewish sentiments among Muslims, before 1948.

The Holocaust was executed by Nazi germany but the conditions giving rise to it were created all across Europe over many centuries.

The Spanish writer is correct; he knows European history; he knows the Holocust is a stain on Europe, not just Germany.

It’s a stain on Western culture.

The one bright note, when it became common knowledge as to what happened, I think it sped up the elimination of racism.

Maybe old but a copy should still be forwarded to Liam Neeson and Michael Bloomberg, not that they would read it but only so they cannot later claim they were not warned.

Not exactly. Jews who sought entry without visas definitely had a problem. So few people were trying to get into the United States all the immigration control resources could be brought to bear on maintaining the border thereby forcing the visa issue. You'll want to read about the S.S.StLouis.

Tony Frank, former Postmaster General, came with his parents from Germany. They were Jewish. Former Secretary of State Madeleine Albright could tell you about how she learned her family were Jewish. They emigrated.

There was a national quota system in place.

So, no, the US didn't kill Jews. The Nazis killed Jews.

I think the people of Europe are beginning to wake up to the trap that we are now falling into.

It’s too late. Demographics paint a very disturbing picture.
Before the year 2025 Muslims will be the majority in Europe.
And more disturbing is that the majority will be youths while the most non muslim Europeans will be headed toward old age.
It’s too late.

Seems to me that the going rate of exchange (value) is >1,000 muzzies for one Jew. Europe got a bad deal at only 20:6.

I never said the US killed Jews. Canada didn’t kill the Jewish people either.

I only said the US sent Jews back.

I’d have to see reference that it was only due to immigration policies to know that’s what happened.

The reality of the time was that anti-semitism was widespread.

I will give on the point that nobody could have predicted that the anti-semitism and pogroms would lead to extermination camps.

But we knew, as governments, about the pogroms and death within the ghettoes. That was not a state secret. We were definitely still guilty of sending Jews back to the ghettoes.

It’s just a question as to whether we can reasonably justify that.

You’re right. It was the supreme catastrophe of Western civilization and he caucasion peoples because it destroyed our self confidence and self respect, opening a thus far unending era of horror.

We were the solution, we fought a war to end Hitler. Who could have imagined in the ‘30’s what would later be the truth in 1945. You want to argue the point, then argue it from the Germans and their treatment of the Jews, not an ignorant decision by the Roosevelt Administration.

Hmm ~ anti-semitism in the US ~ most likely a result of rather extensive Eastern European, Russian, Ukrainian and Italian immigration that took place from the late 1800s to the 1930s.

The native population was not remarkably antisemitic before that and had successfully assimilated a large body of Western European Jews to the degree nobody knew they were Jewish nor cared.

You really have to ask yourself how it was that Cincinnati became the center of Jewish life LONG BEFORE New York City had appreciable numbers of Jews.

We are facing another period of quite serious anti-semitism and racism that just naturally arrives with Hispanic migrants and "immigrants". Those guys don't share our history and imagine their most brutal prejudices are actually welcome here.

It's no surprise at all that the professional Left is leading the way in bringing in more Hispanics. After all, their last shibboleth was what a great guy Joseph Stalin had been.

Antisemitism was so strong in Europe long before Hitler ever said a word. I’m guessing that most people didn’t give a hoot about the Jews or what the Germans did with them. Maybe that’s what the writer meant. At any rate Europe is toast. They have too many Muslims and they’re afraid of them.
