Have fun.
I recommend the hurling. (Not the kind that you get after you drink too much.)

You know... your haggis tradition would be very much improved by substituting beef and tomatoes. We call it it chili here in Texas, try it sometime.

What was Fair Park selected as the venue? It’s not exactly in an Irish neighborhood (to say the least).

Well, be careful there and take advantage of our sane gun laws here in Texas. I stopped going anywhere near that neighborhood back in the 80’s. Fortunately, the weather looks to be a tad cool for the urban yutes to form flash mobs as is their wont in summer.

I hate the darn city... Same here, mylife. There are so many nice places, safe for the whole family, in the northern suburbs like Southlake and Flower Mound. They need to just turn Fair Park into a landfill.

That bridge is a killer. A “regular” on the traffic reports, lol.
The Irish Fest is a whole lot of fun. But I’m not the spunky little monkey I once was. If I can avoid Dallas, I will.

It’s not the bridge per say.
I just tend to stick east of the city on the other side of the bridge.
Sometimes I blow through the city to get to the country on the other side.
