Dear MoveOn member, Rush Limbaugh has gone too far with his attacks on Georgetown University student Sandra Fluke, calling her a "slut" and a "prostitute" and suggesting she post video tapes of herself online having sex. Rush Limbaugh's radio show is a part of the Clear Channel lineup, and it's time that they no longer allow Rush Limbaugh to spew hateful and derogatory comments. That's why I created a petition to Clear Channel on SignOn.org, which says: Sandra Fluke, a law student at Georgetown University who was advocating for health insurance plans to cover the cost of contraception, became the target of a series of attacks by Rush Limbaugh. Besides calling her a "slut," he also called her a "prostitute," said that he wanted her to make sex tapes and post them online, and speculated that she only had a problem paying for contraception because she was having "so much sex." What is wrong with showing a slut whore spreading deadly germs through videoed sex of her in the action of her crimes?
Liberals project their hate and self loathing on our usage of words they assume they know what they mean in us.
But perhaps the health care havoc done by liberal sluts is what liberals want us to forget about, just like forgetting about abortion, death camps for the Jews under Hitler or anybody else under Mao/Stalin.
I really don’t understand why Rush gave all of this to the LibDems. He created his own “Hush Rush” campaign. I like Rush - and have listened for years - but he crossed a major line. He can/will rehab himself but his timing played into the LibDems hands.
Rush is a partner in Clear Channel and Premier Networks. They would have to buy him out, and he will just go to satellite.
They can’t silence him. He he he.
Indeed, people like real music, not this hush crap that suffocates the thought worse than a plastic bag over a liberal’s head.

The corporation that owns Clear Channel needs to be held accountable for what they are allowing to go out over the airwaves. The Supreme Courts’ United Citizens decision makes corporations essentially people with similar responsibilities and accountability in the eyes of the law.

No, Rush will NEVER go to satellite. If he must go somewhere, he will go to short wave radio. I would expect to a freqency just below the commercial AM band...maybe around 490 kilohertz. Or just above the AM band, like 1800 kilohertz.

Thanks for the advice Pops. It was RUSH that offered the apology. Are you saying he was wrong to do so? He could have accomplished the same thing without devolving to the same name-calling like Mahr (calling Palin the "C" word). Many conservative women I know have held their conservative position, but now refuse to listen to Rush. I can't blame them. He should have shown some class, and he knows it.
So you know wimpy easily offend conservative women, the ones I know all laughed and thought he was great and speaks the truth.
If your ‘friends’ wont listen to him because he said slut, IE called a slut a slut, then the conservative movement is lost.......no wait most conservative women have more brains than your friends.

My experience here lately and mostly on Facebook, is that not only do they not listen to Rush, but they want to convince you that they KNOW what the man thinks and what he means. When given facts about 2009 David Letterman’s statutatory rape joke of 14 year old Willow Palin (ABC, CBS, FOX Google — Palin vs. Letterman) getting “KNOCKED UP” by Alex Rodriquez, one lib acutally had the gall to write the following:
“Well Willow Palin and Bristol deserve this because they are the poster children for abstinance.”
Other libs like to name call with their hate, yell, scream, and insult thereby avoiding the argument. Then they claim they have won and you have lost. One guy said the facts of David Letterman’s statutatory rape joke and Bill Mahr’s comments didn’t hold water. Why when they are factually proven? Because Limbaugh’s apology was not sincere, Limbaugh is a sexist, bigot, homophobe etc....
Yeah, I know makes perfect sense.
Again with the insults. I hope a conservative can have a position without calling the opposition vulgar names. So the only conservative position must be an uncivil one? I don't think so. I hope not. It is not the example I'd like to leave behind. Reagan was strong without calling anyone a slut on the public airwaves. Netanyahu is a class act - strong, steel-spined, and civil. It can be done, and it is more attractive.
