PORTLAND — Starting in June, cars, ATVs and dirt bikes may no longer travel on almost 4,000 miles of roads in Oregon’s largest national forest.

Officials hope that closing roads in the Wallowa-Whitman National Forest helps preserve habitat for wildlife and fish.

So much for “public lands”.

Access restricted to only those we deem worthy.

Who owns America? We do. Get used to it.

Yes it all about control and keeping people from using the forest.

Some of theses roads have been used for decades with no harm.

We have seen this all over the US close roads keep people out less hunting, less logging.

It would seem to me that any organization that advocates closing any public lands to any form of motorized transport and consciencely discriminating against the disabled.
