So her ex boss, ex husband, ran the franchises.

But a McDonald’s franchise doesn’t have the deepest pockets or the biggest bucks.

McDonald’s at the corporate level has the big bucks and deep pockets, so that’s why the lawsuit goes against them.

They hint at other issues, such as unions, and lack of affirmative action to help women buy franchises. What are we saying here, that if women can’t buy a McDonald’s franchise, or aren’t recruited for that, then this circumstance forces them to be prostitutes? Legally can they really make the case in court? Is this a nuisance lawsuit? Are they just hoping for an out of court settlement from McDonald’s, sort of a shakedown????

“I remember 12 hamburgers for a dollar when I was a kid.”

I do also.

When we came back from the drag strip in the early 50s we would stop and get a couple of dozen when they were 13 cents each or $1.00/dozen!

If we were bucks up we would go a few blocks more down the street and get Bobs big boys!!!

Took a while, but Joe 6-pack has uncovered evidence for the jury’s consideration!

(Also explains Ronald’s enthusiasm)
