Sovereign citizens believe the USG is illegitimate and has drifted away from the true intent of the Constitution. As a result, the USG is not perceived to be acting in the interest of the American people. These groups generally do not adhere to federal, state, or local laws. Some sovereign citizens believe federal and state officials have no real authority and will only recognize the local sheriff’s department as the only legitimate government official. Other law enforcement officials are viewed as being oppressive and illegitimate.

More and more people are waking up and smelling the hot coffee of truth that those running the District of Criminals are just that - criminals - and are illegitimate government.
Does this make those people sovereign citizens or criminals for coming to that realization? Nope. In the eyes of the Feds that makes them domestic terrorists.
The US government has jails where they can put sovereign citizens. Too bad that sovereign citizens don’t have jails to hold criminal politicians, and other governmental functionaries.
Sovereign citizens are whackjobs. These aren’t just your typical strict construction, 10th Amendment conservatives....these guys are nutball conspiracy theorists of the highest order.
I’ve never heard of a sovereign citizen before I read this article. Better to be a sovereign citizen then a loyal subject IMHO

Let me explain: the original Constitution drafted by the Founding Fathers read: ‘The Constitution for the united states of America.’ [note that neither the words ‘united’ nor ‘states’ began with capital letters] But the ‘CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA’ is a corporate constitution, which is absolutely NOT the same document you think it is. First of all, it ended all our rights of sovereignty [sui juris]. So you now have the HOW, how the international bankers got their hands on THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA.
To fully understand how our rights of sovereignty were ended, you must know the full meaning of sovereign: “Chief or highest, supreme power, superior in position to all others; independent of and unlimited by others; possessing or entitled to; original and independent authority or jurisdiction.” (Webster).
