Sidney said she was in the living room of the house playing backgammon with actress Mia Farrow, Sinatra's wife, when the phone call came from the White House. "He slammed the phone down and said, 'That (expletive) Bobby!' " No doubt a reference to U.S. Attorney General Bobby Kennedy, she said. "He stormed out of the room. We were all disappointed and sad.

Somebody has a faulty memory. Sinatra didn't meet Farrow until 1964. Married her in 1966. Kennedy was killed in 1963.

Its all BS.

The Kennedy's used Frank for access but he wouldn't fire a writer who was a known communist for Joe Kennedy on a film he was shooting.

He would not skip the interacial marriage of Sammy Davis and Joe Kennedy the racist he was kicked Frank to the curb and he became a Reagan man.

Frank Sinatra was a great man who once saved my life.
I lived in Vegas and was noticing a hot broad outside a casino one day. When two heavies start beating the tar out of me. Sinatra walks up and says ‘Thats enough boys!’. The hot blonde and the two guys, mesmerized, follow Sinatra inside the casino.
I’ll never forget it!

They were both users.

Kennedy used Sinatra's celebrity to get votes. Sinatra used Kennedy to get cachet and to be among "the elites" (if you can call Kennedys that).

After Kennedy got elected he cast Sinatra aside due to his mob ties, which was, clearly, known beforehand (i.e. Chicago).

Sinatra was a mixed bag but he did - with his own and not taxpayers' money - send money, usually anonymously, to hardship and often tragic cases of people down on their luck - a widow, someone whose house burned down, paying for someone's funeral, etc.

I was wrong, Robert Kennedy died June 6, 1968.

Sorry for the error. I was heading for Vietnam in June of 68 and had other things on my mind at the time.
