as for how much? health services cost $2.3 trillion in 2009... before they were declared ‘free’. to pay for this, the fedgov would need to bring in at least $2 trillion annually.
problem is... we bring in a total of $2 trillion now. this implies a 100% tax on those paying... or the 21% of the population that is the top 50% of earners... which are paying for everything now
and I disagree... citizenship is not being taxed... success while being a citizen is.

Yup! Everyone gets health care insurance, but that doesn't guarantee that they will have a doctor. There is a shortage of doctors now.
Yes, there is a difference between universal coverage and universal care. A big difference.
I believe there is specific reference in 0bamacare that illegals are exempt from having to buy health insurance. So they neither have to get insurance nor pay the “tax” that will be due for not buying it, and they will continue to receive free healthcare. What a deal for them!!

The decision of someone without health insurance to not buy health insurance. And that's clearly a penalty, or a fine.
Which is ridiculous and makes Roberts look like nothing more than one more political hack in a black robe who made up a rationale to arrive at the conclusion he desired.
