Why is John McCain running defending an Al-Qaeda connected family?

While there are many chickens standing in line to peck at Rep. Michele Bachmann’s head while calling her shameful and demanding that she “fess up or shut up” perhaps its time to ask such ‘truth-phobic’ critics why they’ve chosen to indignantly point to “character assassination” when they, themselves are the actual practitioners of it. Senator John McCain, stated on the Senate floor:

“The letter (from Bachmann and four other Congressmen) alleges that three members of Huma’s family are ‘connected to Muslim Brotherhood operatives and/or organizations…’ These sinister accusations rest solely on a few unspecified and unsubstantiated associations of members of Huma’s family”.

McCain’s statements above are demonstrably false. The Oxford Centre for Islamic Studies / Islamic Trust Annual Reports of the Board of Trustees from the official government of Great Britain has Hassan Abedin – Huma’s brother – partnering with notorious Sheikh Yusuf Al-Qaradawi, the spiritual head and the international liaison of the Muslim Brotherhood, a known enemy of the United States and closely works with the notorious Al-Qaeda Godfather Omar Naseef whose signature is on the document that includes Huma’s brother Hassan Abedin on his board in 2004-2005 (see page 7), 2005-2006 (see page 7), and 2007-2008 (see page 12).

How can this organization (OCIS) be ‘Pro-West’ while Naseef and Qaradawi are both actively partnering with Huma Abedin’s brother?

The following statement made by McCain on the Senate floor not only defies logic but is completely irrelevant:

“Never mind that one of those individuals, Huma’s father, passed away two decades ago.”

Ah, the sympathy card… There’s a small problem for McCain here; emotion is devoid of logic. Using his formula, Osama Bin Laden’s children should be given a pass to work in the US Government in 2031 without being vetted.

Saleha Abedin (Huma’s mother) is a leader in the Muslim Sisterhood and a member of the terror-supporting Muslim Brotherhood, which gave birth to al-Qaeda. Again, using McCain’s logic, shouldn’t we wait until 20 years after Huma’s mother croaks before Huma should be eligible to hold such a lofty position?

No one on earth can refute that Huma Abedin’s mother supports marital rape, under-age marriage, polygamy and her membership of the Muslim Brotherhood is circulated in the Arab media. These are facts that should be presented to the American people to see if they think this is all guilt by association but… facts are facts.

Siham al-Qaradawi, the daughter of Yusuf Qaradawi was awarded a scholarship in the Fulbright Academic Program in 2010-2011 in the US. If we use John McCain’s logic, we cannot reject her to work in the government as “guilt by association” just because her father, Sheikh Yousuf Qaradawi is a member of the Muslim Brotherhood. After all, it was 18 years ago that he proclaimed:

“We will conquer Europe, we will conquer America, not by the sword but by our Dawa [proselytizing].”

In two years, those words will be two decades old. Can we ignore them then?

Applying McCain’s logic regarding Huma Abedin to Siham al-Qaradawi is the equivalent of a national suicide wish. McCain stated:

“…there is not one instance of an action, a decision, or a public position that Huma [Abedin] has taken while at the State Department that would lend credence to the charge that she is promoting anti-American activities within our government.”

The same applies to Siham Qaradawi. Would McCain find it acceptable for her to work in our government? Of course not. So who has lost their mind here? John McCain, the liberal media, or Bachmann? Was Bachman insane to state that:

“Most recently, the State Department shockingly decided to give Hani Nour Eldin, a member of an Egyptian designed terrorist group, a visa to not only enter the country in violation of the federal laws …”?

Bachmann’s former campaign chief – Ed Rollins – wrote that as a “Christian”, Bachmann should “seek forgiveness” for what she has done to Huma Abedin.

Politicians who behave as deer in fight and lions in peace have never made history. Churchill made it, Chamberlin did not. With respect to this issue, the Senator from Arizona has positioned himself to become John McChamberlain and The congresswoman from Minnesota just got a wink from Sir Winston.

Then we have some Rabbi by the name of Saperstein, who stated:

“The Reform Movement, and I personally, have worked with Ms. Abedin, Imam Magid and ISNA for many years. All have worked on behalf of U.S. interests at home and abroad, built relationships across religious lines and affirmed U.S. constitutional values.”

Where is Saperstein’s similar outrage at Islamic Society of North America (ISNA) President Imam Magid? Why hasn’t he called on Magid to condemn ISNA’s Louay Safi, who wrote:

“The war against the apostates [Saperstein] is carried out not to force them to accept Islam, but to enforce the Islamic law and maintain order.”

(Louay Safi, Religion and Politics pp.121)

Did Saperstein say or do anything when Safi was chosen by ISNA and approved by our government to lecture our troops at Ft. Hood after the Jew hating murderer of innocent Americans Nidal Malik Hassan committed the massacre? This would be like bringing a Nazi to speak to American Jews right after Auschwitz.

Then we have Keith Ellison, who told Anderson Cooper on CNN:

“U.S. Rep. Michele Bachmann’s allegations of a Muslim Brotherhood “deep penetration” of the federal government is “untrue” and a “phantom”.

Dare Mr. Ellison deny that Barrack Obama’s Islamic envoy Rashad Hussein, who was appointed by the government, made comments to the Musim Student Association in 2004 supporting the convicted terrorist fundraiser Sami al-Arian? Can he or anyone deny that the Muslim Brotherhood founded the Muslim Student Association and intends to destroy the U.S.?

The “proof” can be viewed in this English translation of an Arabic website.

Want more “proof”? What about the editor of Egypt’s al-Ahram Yahya Ghanem who, on May 20, 2010 asked Rashad Hussain in direct fashion if he is a mover and shaker for Islamist causes:

“Part of your work covers Iran since it is part of the Islamic world, have you made things happen on this level?”

Ghanem notes in the article that “Hussain refuses to talk”. Then Ghanem insists:

“Do you not think that a move on your part will have a positive impact on resolving the crisis?”

Hussein responds:

“I think so, but we will do so when the right opportunity comes.”

For “proof”, here is the full transcript.

At what level or qualifications does Rashad Hussein work to be an advisor for President Obama regarding Iran’s nuclear affairs Mr. McChamberlain?

Then we have Anderson Cooper stating:

“As per Abedin’s mother and brother, Bachmann never gives any evidence of their alleged links to the Muslim Brotherhood.”

Evidence? Try helping to answer the questions I posed to Rabbi Saperstein, Keith Ellison and Senator McChamberlain. And while he’s at it, perhaps he can air the entire, un-edited interview with me and CNN’s Drew Griffin without the typical CNN cutting and pasting to fit an agenda. Perhaps the American people can see how poorly his staff did while they sat there and ignored that in Egypt’s Tahrir Square, two million Egyptians chanted:

“to Jerusalem we march, martyrs by the millions”.

Millions of Egyptians witnessed the event, a revolution hijacked by the Muslim Brotherhood, and the CNN team failed to report it even though I sent him the proof during his inquires to me. When will the American on the street realize, it’s not about proof? It’s about coming to grips with a reality that is about to hit us in the head like a 2×4.

The tactics of the smear merchants is easy to reveal: find something someone said which was false, then write them off on everything else they say that was true. This is how the masses are fooled. It’s the oldest trick in the book. Case in point: Cooper picked on Rep. Louie Gohmert (R-TX), stating:

“Sir, do you want to offer any evidence? I’m giving you an opportunity to offer to say what research and evidence you have. You’ve offered none, other than yelling.”

Did Cooper offer any evidence or sources when CNN claimed that they checked my prison records and supposedly found none? Did CNN provide any source from the Israeli government that states my story was “fraudulent” as they claimed? Where are the official sources? They do not exist and neither can CNN provide anything except claims to fool the masses that believe the typical character assassination.

One last thing to Mr. Cooper…

I was not interested in your story coming out of the closet; you getting “penetrated” is your business, but our nation getting penetrated is mine.

John McCain is treading on very dangerous on-the-Senate-record territory.

Why is John McCain feeble-minded? Probably because he had his head bashed in too many times by the North Vietnamese.

Sad but true.

I feel sorry for the guy, but he shouldn’t be in a position of authority. He should be in a mental institution where he can be helped.

I feel that it is a dangerous situation to have our Secretary of State be so “Close” to Huma Abedin who has a Muslim background.

But it doesn’t frighten me half as bad as our President and his Muslim and communist background.

As for McCain, what in the world were the citizens of Arizona thinking about when they returned this brain-washed semi-Democrat to the senate.

The entire Republican Party is beginning to be against Michele now. I can’t stand some of them. They are also the reason that we have Romney.

Bttt. Incidentally, Michelle Bachman was my first choice for President. Then it was Newt Gingrich, but we're stuck with Willard instead.

Why is John McCain running defending an Al-Qaeda connected family?

To rebut Bachmann? Why? She's not running. To speak the truth? Read the article, he lied. So what's left? Well, how could we possibly know that? Of all the things McCain could possibly be doing, how in all the universe could we ever figure out why he would be defending Huma Abedin? Poor little unknown new-mother Huma Abedin, who married that ridiculous idiot and then vanished from public life. Vanished, I tell you, after - what? That little bit of wrok with what's-her-name? Oh, you mean THAT is what McCain is trying to clean up? Why, that's nonsense! No one even remembers who Huma worked for! And even if they did, it's not like she was privy to national secrets or anything... uh... and even if she was, so what? It's not like what's-her-name is in poliics anymore, even though she still flies around a lot and there's stuff in the Middle East right now, you know, stuff, and Huma's family... oh, but that's reaching. And besides, what's-her-name isn't ever, ever running for anything ever again. Just look at her hair! That'll do it, the hair. No one could believe she intends any future for herself with that hair. Really. So, like, it's not connected, Human and John and what's-her-name. Because of the hair. I mean, it's obvious.

McCain has been suspect for decades. One could go back to POW biographies and Keating Five rumors; but allegations aren't worth much. There are facts:

McCain's presidential eligibility was challenged when he ran for president in 2000. The issue was never resolved, in spite of a half dozen congressional hearings and two law suits. The law firm defending him, Chicago's Kirkland and Ellis, was prominent on Obama’s election committee. The attorney from Kirkland & Ellis, Christopher Landau, employed a young law-school grad, Sarah Herlihy, to write a Chicago Kent Law Review article in 2006 lambasting the Natural born citizen requirement for president. During the eight years before Obama's candidacy there were eight attempts to amend Article II Section 1, all failing, and dozens of essays from legal academia. Efforts to make Scharzenegger by Orrin Hatch, and two amendments which would have made Obama eligible sponsored by John Conyers never left house.

If Democrats couldn't make the attractive Obama eligible, perhaps they could silence those with the standing to challenge him? The ineligible McCain was the key to silencing challenges. Obama and his campaign committee chair, Clare McCaskill, tried to intercede for McCain, submitted a Senate Bill 2678 in February 2008 - the ‘‘Children of Military Families Natural Born Citizen Act’’. It failed to pass, and needed, in any case, become an amendment (which this writer would support!). Then, in April 2008, with time running out, Obama, McCaskill, Clinton, Leahy, Webb, and a few other Senators submitted another McCain directed action, Senate Resolution 511. It had no legal effect, but proclaimed how they all thought McCain should be considered eligible because he was born to two citizen parents, satisfying one of the conditions, and by the fact that though The Canal Zone was unincorported, that was an oversight which all US Senators thought should be overlooked. Every US Senator, including Obama, signed SR 511 in April 2008, agreeing that a natural born citizen must have two citizen parents. That was a masterful con-job. Obama told us all he was a naturalized citizen, not a natural born citizen, and no “officer of the court” but Nathan Deal said a word.

McCain certainly has baggage. He received Soros’ funding for his McCain Feingold activities. McCain serves the people who pay for him. His ineligibility kept Republicans from vetting Obama. McCain is emblematic of the Republican party. Allegiance to the Constitution is an illusion. Like our legal system, politics as an adversarial enterprise. Respect for the Constitution is deployed only when it serves the interest of the client - the politician redistributing the product of the minority in this nation working in the productive sector - not the government. We are what John Adams warned about, a nation based upon men and not laws. Believe little of what anyone says, because so many are now beholden to the party in power for their livelihood, they will not say what they have been told is off-limits. Politicians, like Nathan Deal, who raise forbidden questions, will quickly be dealt with (Deal was a Georgia Congressman who asked for eligibility verification in early 2009, and immediately faced Justice Department ethics charges based upon reanalysis of Deal’s old income tax submissions; he is now governor of Georgia).

Who redistributes our petroleum import expenses? Who, according to New York Assemblyman Percy Sutton, Malcolm X's attorney, Army Air Force veteran, self-made attorney, funded Obama’s education? Whalid bin-Talal, who almost simultaneously, donated twenty million dollars to Harvard, and created the Al whalid bin-Talal Islamic Studies Center, Harvard Divinity School's largest division. Follow the money. Bin-Talal is News Corp’s largest external stock holder. News Corp owns Fox, Wall Street Journal, and is a major stock holder in Cisco, Citibank, Apple, ... Percy told us all that he was asked, and did intercede, to gain Obama's admission to Harvard law, by his friend, and attorney for bin-Talal, Khalid al-Mansour. Al-Mansour, before adopting his Muslim name, was Don Warden, one of the founders of the Black Panthers, and a virulent black nationlist in the mold of Reverand Wright.

McCain has been for sale since his return from Viet Name. He is certainly not alone. Congressional term limits should help. Some suggest appointment of Senators as provided for in our 1779 Constitution. Senators and, to a lessor extent, Congressman, are brokers. They are more like bankers where collateral is campaign funds. Neither McCain nor Obama were ever eligible candidates but, for the moment, the emperors’ cloths are off-limits, because both parties are complicit. Every politician knows. Even Bobby Jindal avoided the issue during an advertised appearance with Roger Hedgecock yesterday, where eligibility was advertised as a point Jindal would address. Jindal and Rubio are much discussed because appointment of a natural born citizen as Romney's VP leaves both parties unprotected. That is why Suzanna Martinez, a wonderful conservative Governor with Mexican heritage, isn't being pushed. Condi Rice has dirty laundry and is already an advocate of some Arabist plans to cripple Israel. Alan West is constrained in Florida, and Republicans are frightened of his open and sholarly knowledge of Muslim history and practices. Even Paul Ryan, whose grasp of economic facts will interfere with hidden management of our resource allocation, is dangerous. Bachmann is anathema for similar reasons. Republicans want another eunuch, like Huckabee or Rubio. McCain was so far left that Palin, whom they underestimated, was selected to add a little interest to the McCain candidacy, which this writer believes, was never intended to prevail over Obama.

Bachmann has the facts. But too many Beltway Republicans are owned by Grover al-Norquist and will not look into terrorist co-cosnpirator CAIR. (Bush’s fault) And now that McCain and gang support the Muslim Brotherhood (and Al Qaeda) in Libya, Egypt and Syria, the Muslim Brotherhood must be protected at all costs, including that to American national security.
Here is the motto of the Muslim Brotherhood, an organization with 70 years of terrorism dedicated to establishing a new Caliphate: Allah is our objective; the Quran is our law, the Prophet is our leader; Jihad is our way; and death for the sake of Allah is the highest of our aspirations.

Shoebat’s claim to have bombed Bank Leumi in Bethlehem is rejected by members of his family who still live in the area, and Bank Leumi says it has no record of such an attack ever taking place. His relatives, members of the Shoebat family, are mystified by the notion of “Walid Shoebat” being an assumed name. And the Walid Shoebat Foundation’s working process is less than transparent, with Shoebat’s claim that it is registered as a charity in the state of Pennsylvania being denied by the Pennsylvania State Attorney’s Office. Shoebat’s claim to have been a terrorist rests on his account of the purported bombing of Bank Leumi. But after checking its files, the bank said it had no record of an attack on its Bethlehem branch anywhere in the relevant 1977-79 period. Shoebat told The Jerusalem Post that this could be because the bank building was robustly protected with steel and that the attack may have caused little damage. Asked whether word of the bombing made the news at the time, he said, “I don’t know. I didn’t read the papers because I was in hiding for the next three days.” (In 2004, he had told Britain’s Sunday Telegraph: “I was terribly relieved when I heard on the news later that evening that no one had been hurt or killed by my bomb.”) Shoebat could not immediately recall the year, or even the time of year, of the purported bombing when talking to the Post by phone from the US. After wavering, he finally settled for the summer of 1977.
