Now spend the time you have while your ribs are in the marinade to proof read and spell check your next post for spelling, punctuation and use of capital letters.

Nothing you described so far is ever wrong. Mrs. jimfree prefers a dry-rub so I usually do that but a wet marinade can be wonderful indeed. Enjoy! and yes report the results.

Don’t forget to remove the rind, that thin membrane that most ribs have.

We have a Weber charcoal and an older three burner Weber gas grill.
What smoker do you recommend ?

Fair results. The meat was tender. I could have spiced more to get more flavor. I bet this would be a better thing for chicken. I’ll go back to dry rub for ribs.

I tried something this weekend. Thought peeps might be interested.

Roasted Corn Guacamole

1 lime
2 Avocados
1 Ear roasted corn
1/2 Jalapeno
1/2 Red Onion
Salt, Pepper, Onion and Corn with Canola oil and lightly salt them. Toss them on the grill until roasted.

Cut both avacados into bowl, add juice of lime, cut in corn, jalapeno and onion. add salt, pepper and smoked paprika.

Chill for an hour.

Put on taco chips or use as relish.
