Russian composer, Russian Orchestra, Russian Conductor. You get my drift? Let’s not over-emphasize the diversity bit.

Africans like classical music. I hire Ethiopian expats to solve engineering problems and they dig Mozart. I hire American blacks to play bass and unfortunately they dig white powder. (This is not a blanket statement - just my personal experience)
