Which of Clint Eastwood's movies do you think is God's favorite?

I often wonder what God must be thinking as He watches today's events. He must not be happy.

In fact, I think his response will not be too different from Clint Eastwood's.

Clint Eastwood in his movies.

I wonder what movie is God's favorite Eastwood movie?

I think "Gran Torino" would be Christ's favorite.

Hard to narrow it down to just one.

Three of my favorites are:

The Good, the Bad and the Ugly

Dirty Harry

In The Line of Fire

Anything but Firefox. Oh. and that stinker, Pink Cadillac.

Play Misty For Me
The Gauntlet

were two good ones, too.

I can't speak for GOD, but my personal favorite is The Outlaw Josie Wales.

Clint Eastwood made his first film appearance in Revenge of the Creature (1955).

I loved Clint Eastwood’s performance at the RNC but I despised Million Dollar Baby - a tribute, as you say, to Euthanasia. I also hated Outlaw Josey Wales which had a horrifying rape or semi-rape scene that had me screaming to my husband to get it off the tv. Also, Clint has not been nice to his ex-paramours: Sondra Locke and Frances Fisher. Changed the locks on the house when he got tired of him!

That said, I appreciate his performance the other night.

Lonesome Dove was hands down THE best Western ever made.

I'm thinking that I must agree....but High Noon is in my mind.

To: Hammerhead; Migraine

Hammerhead, best western is “Lonesome Dove”? Sorry, You’re not even close. A tossup for me between “She Wore A Yellow Ribbon” and “The Cowboys”. Both Duke movies.

AS far as Clint goes I agree with Migraine, it’s “Heartbreak Ridge”.

And I looked, and behold a pale horse: and his name that sat on him was Death, and Hell followed with him. And power was given unto them over the fourth part of the earth, to kill with sword, and with hunger, and with death, and with the beasts of the earth. Revelation 6:8

Preacher did ride a pale horse in the movie. So, I'd have to agree with you, Clint's movie Pale Rider might be the Lord's movie of choice.
