Meanwhile, the US Park Service, also part of the Department of Agriculture, asks us to "please do not feed the animals" because the animals may grow dependent and not learn to take care of themselves.
Go figure.

The Park Service is not part of Agriculture. The Forest Service is.
Park Service falls under Interior.
The Forest Service, Park Service and EPA should all be cut by 33% each and combined into one department with about 25% of the authority the combined group has now to enforce federal regulations.
The Department of Agriculture should be combined with the Consumer Protection Department (among others) and reduced by 40% as well.
I could go on.
EPA needs to go away.
Otherwise spot on.
