Putting that in Google translate and hitting the audio is pretty funny.

Joe hasn’t changed much through the years. Here’s the translation...
“The food sucks. We never get our mail. The Officers are idiots. The Germans have better weapons than us. I never get enough sleep. It’s too hot, cold, rainy and snowy at the same time. My boots are too tight. The Air Force gets all the girls....and some of the guys. Everyone yells at me. I went on sick call and they made me eat a worm. I never get promoted because the Captain hates people with eyebrows.”

Crypto structure is very important.
For instance:
Japanese KataKana methods.
That was a challenge, with much of the world hanging in the balance.
This is the world of Herbert Yardley and others like him. Including our own Thomas Jefferson.

In two thousand twelve the welfare masses will overwhelm the polling stations all across the U S A -to vote for free health care, free housing, free cars, free petro, free appliances, free college, free clothing, free cell phones, free televisions, free electricity, free heating oil, free busing, all via voting for socialist obami and the demorats [and everyone else is forever scr*wed].

Looks very much like a message sent by some Russian agent using their typical onetime day pads. All this type of code - day cyphers - use 5 letters, usually read over radio with Russian first names being used for each letter.
AOAKN being read as Anna, Oleg, Anna, Kirill, Nikita.
And so on for each group. These messages can drone on for a long time.
The code itself has been long broken, but that particular message will likely not be deciphered, unless some one discovers the key to the one day pad in use on that day by Russian agents in England during WWII.
