Speaking of amazing things, so is this coincidence:
Saturday, December 01, 2012 CASPER, Wyo. â Police released more details Saturday of a grisly murder-suicide at a Wyoming community college, saying a man shot his father in the head with a bow and arrow in front of a computer science class not long after fatally stabbing his father's live-in girlfriend at their home a couple miles away.
Krumm had been living in an apartment house in Vernon, Conn.,and drove to Casper a few days before the attack.
Christopher Krumm, 25, blamed Asperger’s for his trouble keeping jobs after he got a master's degree in electrical engineering from Colorado School of Mines in 2009, said [his aunt] Barbara Nichols, of Bakersfield, Calif.
...was a "borderline genius" upset by the belief he had inherited Asperger's Syndrome from his dad...
Police say Krumm shot 56-year-old James Krumm with an arrow and stabbed him in his Casper College classroom Friday [Nov 30]. The six or so students in the computer science class escaped unhurt.
Earlier, Krumm fatally stabbed his father's girlfriend, 42-year-old Heidi Arnold, at the home she and James Krumm shared in a quiet neighborhood about two miles from campus. Arnold was a math instructor at Casper College.
Same here. The preps since Tucson have been severe crazies..what’s setting them off? All copy cat scenario.
Thanks, not sure where I had heard the principal was a he...
Many sociopaths don’t have criminal records.
I would bulldoze those two classrooms, and perhaps the entire school.
Who’s going to want their child to pass those classrooms or sit in those two classrooms?
You watch, they’ll erect tributes to those children, which is proper and all, but I would bulldoze those classrooms for sure and make the land into seating area with something special.
From the Wall Street Journal article referenced in the newstimes.com (Connecticut) article that I linked above. . .
Without a lock to secure the door, a teacher at the meeting pressed her body against the door to hold it shut, Ms. Day said. That teacher was shot through the door in the leg and arm. “She was our hero,” Ms. Day said.
Carrie Usher, a fourth-grade teacher, said she believed the principal turned on the campus loudspeaker system, which broadcast sounds of “screaming and crying” through the school to warn others. Ms. Hochsprung and the school psychologist, identified as Mary Sherlach, were reported to be among the victims.
The types that commit these crimes do.
The parent of the 7yo the meeting was supposedly about reported the same thing.
Indeed!
Agree, and they'll be in "proper" hands for sure.
It was reported on the news earlier that the school had done a security update earlier this year or last year and that they DID install one of those buzz-in systems.
So now there’s no lock on the school door?
See? The entire story is changing at will.
I *think* the buzz-in would then unlock the door.
Hopefully these questions and more will get answered as more information is released.
It’s just six miles driving to the hospital from the elementary school.
I’m not so sure about that—until they commit these crimes, of course.
There’s almost always warning signs for these types and a criminal record from age fifteen would be informative. Sociopathy’s have many forms. For example, the Marxist in the WH is a full blown sociopath, but he’s not the type to shoot children, although he would likely have no problem shooting his perceived enemies in the face or ordering someone else to do it.
“he would likely have no problem shooting his perceived enemies in the face or ordering someone else to do it.”
I recall that two of Obama’s gay “friends” were assassinated in Chicago, prior the 2008 election ... Police never found the murderer(s)
So now theres no lock on the school door?
No... the meeting room door. Ms. Day is the quoted eyewitness that was in the meeting room with the principal. She said that the principal left the room when the incident started. Since Ms. Day obviously survived the incident, I will speculate that the “teacher”, although wounded in the process, was successful in barricading the meeting room door with her body. (see in quote below). In the first police press conference yesterday, I believe the spokesman said that there was only one person that was wounded and survived. (that may turn out to be the “teacher” described below, or maybe not)
It’s in this article from the Wall Street Journal . . .
“Without a lock to secure the door, a teacher at the meeting pressed her body against the door to hold it shut, Ms. Day said. That teacher was shot through the door in the leg and arm. She was our hero, Ms. Day said.
