Is Obama biblical ‘Lord of the Flies?’ Prophesy sites have field day with president’s insect moments

JERUSALEM — Prophesy sites are having a field day with President Obama getting worldwide attention for sparring with a fly yesterday.

News media reports document how Obama has somewhat of a larger history of attracting flies during multiple recorded interviews and speeches.

Already, religious and other sites are using the headlines to point out that a biblical reference for Satan, the Semitic deity Beelzebub, literally translates from Hebrew into “lord of the flies.”

As Obama yesterday nominated two new members of his second administration it was a swarming fly that stole the show.

“This guy is bothering me here,” said Obama, repeatedly swatted at a large black fly buzzing near his face.

The UK Telegraph related how a White House pool report noted that “the president spoke for about five minutes while being menaced by a house fly.”

This was not the president’s first brush with a fly while the cameras were roling.

In 2010, Obama halted a speech about healthcare reform as a fly zipped around him.

During a June 2009 CNBC interview, Obama killed a fly on camera.

“Get out of here,” the president stated to the fly before interview began. When the fly persisted, he killed the insect with a single blow.

He seems to sweat a lot, judging by the photos, so maybe he naturally smells bad in some way that attracts flies. But the thing that interests me is that they’re always the huge flies that usually hang out around manure or corpses and generally aren’t even found inside of buildings.

Do they follow him? Are they breeding in his clothing?

Be'elzebub...

"The Lord of The Flies"...
...In the usage & linguistics of the New Testament was considered "The Prince of Demons"

FAITH & WORLDVIEW ALERT:

...And IMO...
The several telltale (Biblical) signs of the presence of a powerful unclean spirit that likely possesses...

Swooning/fainting of people around him...

The ascribing of awe & reverence due to extraordinary personal charisma...

Despite adequate hygiene... lingering (repulsive) odors

Openly mocking of Christ, His faithful church, and Christian worldview/values...

Again... JMHO...

Watching Obama is like watching The Omen in real life.

Actually, wasn't there a scene in "Legion" like this? The smiling customer with the fly on her face.

Big ole Blow Fly...

BIOLOGYZ
Distribution -- The species of blow flies covered here occur throughout the contiguous states and in many other temperate regions of the world as well.

Feeding Habits -- Most blow fly larvae feed in carrion or other decaying organic matter. They often infest wounds of sheep, goats, cattle, and other animals. Unkempt sheep are particularly subject to attack. Adult blow flies are attracted to nectar, carrion, garbage, and other refuse and soggy, bloody or soiled hair, fur, or wool.

Damage -- Blow flies deposit eggs in castration and dehorning wounds or on dirty, wet wool. The larvae which soon hatch feed on decaying flesh or matted hair. Infested wounds often become inflamed and the hair or wool falls out. Blood poisoning may result.

As a rule, most blow fly larvae do not attack healthy tissue. Mature larvae of green-bottle flies, however, have been known to burrow deep into healthy tissue after spending earlier developmental stages in superficial wounds. Fortunately, this particular species is usually of minor importance in North Carolina.

#3 was the winner but, No. 1 and 2 both apply as well.

I once read about a saint (can’t remember the name) who could actually smell people’s souls who were in mortal sin. The ones in mortal sin smelled like death and the ones in the state of grace smelled like flowers, or something like that. I wish I could remember the saint.

Remember the reports about how badly his campaign plane stunk? How overwhelming the odor was? And no one knew why.

HA! I'd forgotten about that!

"The McCain campaign plane is better than Obama's, which is cramped, uncomfortable and smells terrible most of the time. Somehow the McCain folks manage to keep their charter clean, even where the press is seated."

I have to wonder if some ingredient in his incense that is used in his mutliple daily prayer sessions is a fly attractant...

Either that or Cheney “Shrimped” the whitehouse on his way out, heh heh....

Seriously? That deserves to be said? My (now) 9 year old killed a fly at the age of 5 with a single blow. Is that impressive? Sure is - because she just sat there watching it fly around, and snatched it out of the air, bare handed. Very “Karate Kid”-esque, in fact.

But, none of those apply to Obama...oh, wait, never mind. All of them do.

If Obama isn't the Antichrist, he is at least a precursor.
