On the flip side, anyone who has been around guns long enough knows that it's the "unloaded" ones that speak up and bite you...50 years ago, my Dad taught me the importance of personally verifying a weapon is empty, no matter if I just watched him field strip and put it back together - my butt still hurts (nose too where it bounced off the floor when he put his foot up my butt for starting to strip it without checking...).

That said, it is absolutely true that you cannot be shot by a weapon that is truly empty.

It's hard to tell who's dumber... the hysterical council woman or the people who distort her words in order to criticize her. There is plenty to criticize without being an alarmist a******.

She simply said that even unloaded guns can be dangerous, simply because guns assumed to be unloaded have killed people (usually by children.)

Carelessness and inattention is all around us constantly. And that creates potentially lethal dangers from just about every useful and essential tool of modern civilization that are all around us. Only a child or a true mental deficient would use that as an argument to support banning firearms or every useful thing in our lives, from electricity to kitchen knives.

Sure, the woman is an idiot, but distorting her words is not the best way to point that out.

I’m sorry, but playing make believe that you can throw magic energy balls is not an art, and people who charge others money to tell them such fairy tales deserve to be ridiculed. If those are the types of people who you choose for best friends, then I really don’t see how you have any cause to get offended.

If you really want to prove this crap works, show me a video of someone using it in an MMA match or a martials arts tournament, not on gullible students who already have been conned into believing it.
