A 20 gauge Mossberg loaded with No.4 shot will take care of this issue.

Give your kid a gun and tell them to bring home dinner!

Once they learn that heat from the engine keeps the car hood warm for a long time, they will perch on that hood and destroy the paint job!

The camel incident occurred near where I live. As for the Wile Turkeys, the turkeys in these photos are thin lol. As I visit my parents at their graveside, I saw a gang of Wild Turkey. Dang I drove near them to see and boy I don’t know what these Turkeys were eating, but hell these were fat. I’m surprised they were not stamped with the word “BUTTERBALL” because many of them were FAT and PLUMP. The first thing I thought when I saw them was Thanksgiving Dinner.

Coyotes will find them before long.

A dozen or so? I have that many roosting in trees in just my back yard on a regular basis. It sounds like armageddon in the article.
Around these parts we call that dinner.

My grandson had a run in with a goose when he was 4 or 5. The goose was eye to eye with him and really getting aggressive. After a couple of charges Gerry calmly planted a kick dead center on the goose and the goose remembered other things it had to do.
People do great harm to kids by over protecting them.

How did they get up there? I thought turkeys can’t fly?

We have loads of them here, too, other side of the hill (thankfully) from Berkeley.
They can’t “fly” from point-to-point but they can flap their wings and kind of levitate themselves up atop a 10-12 foot wall or a low tree branch.

They can fly short distances.

I am Sparturkey. I and my horney hordemates shall lay waste to the mighty empire of the East Bay. First Berkeley now Albany till all the birds are free to fly or fry. Down with Turduckin. :)

I thought they couldn’t either, until a whole flock of them stopped in our yard several years ago. They came walking up our driveway and stopped to drink from our spring. I was floored when they started running and next thing you know, they took off and flew high up in a tree. I’ ve seen them walking single file through the woods. I never saw them fly though!
