So beer drinkers, it's Saturday... as I sip [gulp] on my Stone Brewing IPA, I'm wondering if y'all have any recommendations on your favorite IPA's.

Weigh in now, while you can still type!

welcome... but as far as IPA's go, i'm partial my local IPA from Rooster Fish Brewing Co, Watkins Glen NY

Raven
Black IPA

Raven Black IPA

Nothing traditional here! An IPA brewed with Black Patent Malt. Dry hopped. Very complex flavors.

If you enjoy the West Coast style IPAs you can’t go wrong with Laugnitas.

I could say that I wouldn’t mind sucking down a Big Cock, but I imagine that that would be pushing the envelope of good taste.

I believe that central New York State, from Watkins Glen to Cooperstown, is one of the most beautiful, and underrated parts of the country.

The Stone’s nice - I just had their “Ruination”. In the firdge at the moment is a very nice “Hop Henge” by Deschutes, “Yellow Wolf” by Alameda, and a “Hop Stoopid” by Lagunitas. My favorite, however, is by some neighbors up the road - Laughing Dog’s “Alpha Dog”. All nice, refreshing brews you’ll want to chug after mowing the lawn...uh...and wake up the next morning draped over the lawnmower...

i used to make a LOT of money in the Glen as a kid in the summer collecting the silver change thrown into the pools in that picture and all the others up and down the gorge trail after the park closed for the day...

My parents used to take my brother, sister, and me to Watkins Glen for summer camp-out vacations when I was young... many good memories.
