Go to source link and listen at approximately the 14 second mark in this video. A man, (possibly the videographer) says "here it comes" a split second before the second bomb detonates. How did he know there'd be another explosion?

did his camera immediately pan to the exact spot of the secodn explosion BEFORE it happened? Was his camera traiend o nthe spot of hte first explosion BEFORe the first bomb went off? Or was it just i nthe general vacinity filming hte runners?
I don’t know nor have I chatted with that person at YouTube. All I remember is her Avatar shows possibly a black female but I’ll go back and look. There was another related comment but I don’t recall exactly what.. I’ll check.
One interesting aspect of the videos is seeing runners, at the end of the race, increase their speed after running the entire marathon. The power of adrenalin. It’s also surprising that no one purposefully dropped to the ground to protect themselves. Even after the second explosion, they just kept standing and watching. The logical action would be to drop and cover the head, but I don’t know what I’d do in such a situation.

Singapore is 15% Muslim - the crescent represents them, the stars represent the 70% majority Chinese population.
If I were to say “here it comes” I would be referring to the terrorism that is guaranteed to infest our nation now that we’ve allowed animals from backwards societies to move here by the millions. I could easily see myself thinking/saying that after witnessing this atrocity.
Of course though, this is not the first act of terrorism. But the media just may pretend it is since their long legged mack daddy in chief says it is.
I heard something different. I heard him say, “The second explosive, which I personally designed, created, and set, is going to be triggered by my cell phone in 5...4....3....2...1 *BOOOM*”
Yep. And there’s the rub: he could have been talking about a lot of different things.
I have identified (from left to right) Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, South Africa, Spain’s then Sweden’s flag.. It appears bomb went off in vicinity of South African and the flag of Spain.

The statement was right before the blast. And he sounded tense, not panicky or startled.
I thought these always come in pairs. (ala israel)
it was the alleged smell of gunpowder and body burns that were at issue.
