Go to source link and listen at approximately the 14 second mark in this video. A man, (possibly the videographer) says "here it comes" a split second before the second bomb detonates. How did he know there'd be another explosion?
He could have been referring to the onrush of people trying to help. Didn’t the second bomb go off when the rescuers got near it? And isn’t that a time-honored terrorist trick?

I think I need to stay away from the Internet for a few days/weeks while the armchair detectives sort this all out.
Google tablet and Boston Marathon and you find that some kind of new technology a tablet allowing responders to record information that would be forwarded to hospitals that was specifically designed for a “mass casualty event” had been given out to first responders. You find this in the news at least on a site a few days before the Boston Marathon.
I heard that, too. And then he uploaded to Youtube with a traceable IP. Very, very suspicious.

And keep your daily planner open since you're likely to be innundated with invitations to appear on GMA, the Today Show and if you're really lucky, maybe even THE VIEW.........
