That would make more sense. I couldn’t find any ‘Miss Lube Rack’ competition. I did find that this was from a spread were they had different models in different parts of a gas station. I didn’t find any date though.

Wrong. A more reliable source shows that the picture is from 1951 and was taken in Los Angeles. At the time, Nancy D'Alessandro (Pelosi) was about 11 years old and living in her native Baltimore. The apparent source of the photo and explanatory material can be found at:
