This will sound strange, but yes, she did agree to dress like a schoolgirl, but there is something wrong with this. There is also something wrong with asking a woman to shave herself, though she voluntarily did it.

It’s for these reasons, I think she should get life in prison but NOT the death penalty. It’s because of the victim’s character, that I think she should be spared. If a murder victim is some1 who does nice things for society who is killed with no provocation, then I can agree with death penalty, if a jury decides this. Admit that circumstances of this case do call for death penalty, but if I were on that jury I would give her life in prison because the victim asked her to dress like a schoolgirl & I wouldn’t want my daughter to date a man who treats her like a schoolgirl. I’d want my daughter to be with a man who likes women, not women dressed as girls.

The victim’s charater has nothing to do with her crime.

So you didn’t watch the trial, eh?

Take a look at Jodi’s photos then check out the autopsy pics.

That’s ALL you need to know.

Your logic is strange. Alexander may have been a lot of things, but for you to base his punishment on his character, shouldn’t he get a trial? Jodi got a trial, got to confront accusers, certain evidence was limited, and the evidence was weighed. How can you make these judgement of Travis without any standards or process? Doesn’t sound fair to me. (I’m not saying she should or shouldn’t get the death penalty, but I’m not sure anything you said is valid in that decision)

By the way, since you are saying that only people of exceptional character should have their murders punished with the death penalty, I think it's fair to ask:

If someone murdered you, are you a "good enough," person for that murder to be punished with the death penalty?

“This will sound strange, but yes, she did agree to dress like a schoolgirl, but there is something wrong with this.

So dressing like a schopolgirl, showring it up, murdering a man is mitigated by what exactly?
Your fetish for her dressing like a schoolgirl?

“It’s because of the victim’s character, that I think she should be spared. If a murder victim is some1 who does nice things for society who is killed with no provocation, then I can agree with death penalty,”

You’re saying the victim deserved it?
You’re blaming the victim?
As someone else said, the victims character has nothing to do with what she did or why.

What????

Thank God you aren’t on the jury or I’d be seriously questioning you’re discernment.

If a murder victim is some1

You must be a proud graduate of an ESL program from a barrio in South Kalifornica. Anyone who is too lazy to type one instead of using the number 1 has a hugh and series problem.

It’s because of the victim’s character

So with that world view, would killing drug dealers or prostitutes be okay? After all, their character is questionable. Is it open season on them?

Sorry, but murder is murder. One victim is no more worthy or deserving than another.
