Are Rubio, Graham, Boehner & McConnell Dumb Enough to Believe CBO's Scoring of the Immigration Bill?

And dumb enough to support this immigration bill given the Senate's 54-43 rejection of the Cornyn plan for a border security 'trigger'?

The CBO dynamically "scored" (with numbers supplied to it by Dems) the immigration bill (S. 744) and found that it - low & behold - will DECREASE federal deficits over the next 20 years.

Hmmm. How are those CBO-scored ObamaCare numbers working out for ya? They were only $2 TRILLION DOLLARS off when predicting the cost of ObamaCare. But no way they could botch this....right?

I wonder what the odds are of these 4 getting primaried, given that there aren't enough votes for cloture in the Senate IF Republicans hold firm (especially so since the Senate voted 54-43 to REJECT the Cornyn plan for a border security trigger) and the House can vote a resounding NO?

BTW, I wonder what the odds are of Senator Mark Pryor (D-AR) getting primaried or defeaded by a Repub in November 2014, as he is already weak from supporting ObamaCare, and hammered by current ads. If he votes for this immigration bill, he will hit new heights of unpopularity in Arkansas.

They don’t believe it, because they had CBO fabricate it to look the way they wanted it

Of course they’re not dumb enough to believe it. They’re in on the fraud and are hoping that WE are dumb enough to believe it.

CBO said Obamacare would save us money. They are either shills or dopes or, quite possibly, both.

The real questions is: “Will they believe the $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ that accompany passage of this bill?”

The Dems are trying their best to derail this bill so they can blame the GOP and the GOP are trying their best to pass it, LOL

Mark Pryor: I stand by my vote for ObamaCare

June 3, 2013

“Never mind what I said last week about his reelection bid turning into a referendum on gun control. This is apt to be a bigger ball-and-chain on his ankle than Mike Bloomberg’s ads.”

June 18, 2013

This week, Senate Conservatives Fund released a new ad focusing on Pryor’s vote for Obamacare.

1.Mark Pryor cast the deciding vote for Obamacare.
2.Despite the wishes of his constituents, Pryor still supports Obamacare and won’t vote to repeal it.

This upset Senator Pryor, who tried to claim his vote was not the deciding vote for Obamacare. So who’s right? Let’s take a look:

http://www.arkansasgop.org/index.cfm?p=Blog&ContentRecord_id=5ea8d03d-ca64-4f7f-84a5-cf119b74be77

In the end, Obamacare could have been stopped by a single U.S. Senator.

Had Mark Pryor voted the wishes of his constituents, the bill would have failed. It’s as simple as that.

Had Mark Pryor stood up to Barack Obama and Harry Reid, the bill would have failed. Again, it’s as simple as that.

For Pryor to claim his vote was just another vote that didn’t have a deciding outcome on the passage of Obamacare is pure baloney.

When you vote with President Barack Obama 95% of the time, but represent a state where Barack Obama only received 37% of the vote, you can expect people to be upset with your voting record.

Republicans shouldn’t let him forget it in 2014.

It’s not about being dumb, but deliberate participation in deceiving the constituents.

The most important thing to remember about CBO cost analysis is the CBO is constrained by the assumptions included in request for scoring.

I can't speak for the other three, but here in South Carolina we are working hard to watch Linda die in the primary.

Oh, I wouldn't say they're "dumb". In fact, they're smart enough to run with the numbers they were hoping for.

Had Mark Pryor voted the wishes of his constituents, the bill will have failed.

Probably not. With these close votes it's like they sit in a hidden room somewhere and decide how to get these things to pass without it costing them the next election. If the ptb thought Pryor would lose the next election because of the vote, someone else would've been chosen to vote for it.

By all means Mark Pryor should be primaried by a real conservative. The only way to stop the US Senate from destroying the US is to have Republican Senators who will not ignore the will of the people when they get enveolped in the DC fog.
