US Historical Documents (like e-Bible) for android tablet?

Is there an app-type of software for android sort of like the Bible ones, but of USA historical documents?

I don't necessarily mean an app per se, but documents all in one place.

Thanks.

Free ebooks - Project Gutenberg
http://www.gutenberg.org/

But you need a reader: I use Cool Reader but would like other suggestions.

Download the Android Kindle app from the Play Store. There are many literary classics and US founding documents free on Amazon.

If you want govt documents, you need to access a .gov site such as ourdocuments.gov to get the best selection. Then download the pdfs once and you can have them forever and view them with a pdf reader.
