When I Googled the coordinates, I came up with Moffett Field near San Jose (Northern California) which is a Federal facility. It used to host a maritime patrol squadron, but now it’s mostly the NASA/Ames Research Center, IIRC.
How did you get lat/lon coordinates?

How are you getting a GPS location? I could see an IP address, but not GPS coordinates.

Am maybe not qualified to post an answer but that has never stopped me before. I receive many attacks at my local. My protection always warns me this is maybe a spoof ip address. Ever consider that maybe the ip is a spoof and the attack actually came from somewhere else? Not saying this is what happened, just speaking of what happens most of the time when I am attacked.

There were at one time four major interconnect points for the internet and one was housed in a windowless building at Moffett Field. All internet traffic went through those hubs. If I was going to install an internet monitor I would connect it there.

I call BS on your software being able to identify the GPS of the actual device that is supposedly hacking your computer. It is the GPS of something but who knows what.

I would put the location in Google Maps and see what is there.

Have you tried changing your external IP to see if it stops? You may want to firewall everything on your box and see what pops notifications if anything, asking for permission to access the web.
