Outstanding and brilliant. Freedom personified. And since he didn’t sell the sandwiches and their own security let him in— bravo. Dear Paul will probably hassle his crew though— might be on contract in which case, he might have cancelled through the promoter, but didn’t find out til later.

One season of Top Chef had the contestants cooking Thanksgiving dinner for some rock group (name forgotten).
I was surprised at the picayune BS in the contract riders, including taking care of the vegans in the entourage.

I don’t know that much about vegetarianism. I wonder, do some of them still get obese? They always seem nice and trim, but maybe there are exceptions.
