Vladimir Putin Needs to Stop Making Sense! Boris & Natasha are Laughing!
Sept. 21 2013 | Lee Martell

This is not supposed to happen. I'm an American, and proud of that fact. I value our constitution, and our way of life, which largely centers around capitalism and the free exchange of ideas. However, we are going through a most unique period, where our President takes pride in using the worlds biggest defense system in ways that are 'Unbelievably Small', to quote Sec. of State John Kerry. Mr. Kerry was never clearly rebuffed in the use of this uncomfortably weak expression on the world stage.

I grew up during the Cold War of the 60s through the 80s, where distinctions of what was American and what was not were clear cut and unambiguous. Our president and all his 'helpers' including a zombie-fied, compliant, tail wagging Media, tell us it's okay to bluster our way into yet another middle east war we cannot afford, especially not when we still have two foreign wars slow boiling on the stove. A split screen would show Putin saying, "No," don't bomb Syria, there should be other ways to resolve this". This leads to Obama becoming even more shrill splintered and indecisive, throwing out Red Line Ultimatums.

Let it be known that I think Assad is a manically cruel leader, guilty of torturing his own people. The pathological cruelty goes back to his father's Syrian leadership, possibly before that. With a toothless United Nations notwithstanding, Assad should have been removed from his position of leadership around two years ago, right after that so-called Arab Spring was started (by unknown influences). Two years ago. Obama decided not to decide, so the butchery dragged on and on. Obama painted himself into a rhetorical corner and handed to baton of leadership to none other than Vladimir Putin, the effective King of The Communists.

Obama's Administration also has the un-smart habit of loudly telegraphing their every move to our enemies months, sometimes years before unloosing anything bordering on an aggressive or decisive response. Usually, all that occurs is the issuance of yet another 'sternly worded letter" that something 'will not be tolerated!!". Even I, your average one-car civilian knows, one needs to keep the element of surprise a part of the strategy.

in the esoteric world of ideas, ideals and social mores, Vladimir is often these days seen as the leader who is more logical, even, shall I say it? Vladimir Putin is the one you will find righteously excoriating the rebel groups who are destroying Christian Churches and murdering Coptic Christians for no reason except religious bigotry. Vlad expresses anger for the Christian deaths, not Obama. Obama simply reports the new data, unperturbed.

I am under no delusion that Vladimir P. has 'seen the light' of the church or the he is now rejecting his socialist ways of thought. There is no "New Vladimir" Just ask the female rock and rollers he has jailed just because they voiced disapproval of his policies. I know that Putin pretends to care right now because it is to his political advantage in the long run. The Chinese and the Russian are known to plan for the long term. I know Putin has had serious dreams of remaking the USSR for years. He will move slowly. He will lie in wait, with the patience of a Viper.

There is a high level of uncomfortable irony when the Russian President seems to have a firmer grasp on what it takes to obtain and maintain a stable and productive society. Our own President (and some wild Rinos) cannot sell us out fast enough. Once again, I have to use the metaphor of the guilty Queen in Hamlet, when she tried to wash the bloody guilt off her hands. Obama is like that about a President's duties to his people and to their laws. Obama enjoys the pageantry, indeed, he demands these demonstrations of fealty, from the weakminded but he does not enjoy the responsibility. To Obama, responsibility translates as blame. When it comes to the hard parts of the job, like decision making, Obama says "Out, Out Damned Spot of Responsibity" "Let me wash this spot OFF, so I can go play another round of Arranged-Loser Golf! (preferably with Mr. Boehner).

Over the past year, I’ve come to view DC as WWE-DC. It’s professional wrestling...pure and simple.

Good guys slip over to being bad guys. Bad guys slip over to being good guys. Putin is currently playing the role of the a bad guy-turned-good guy. McCain is playing the role of nutcase senator in front of the camera. Hillary is the gal who occasionally slips into the ring to slap someone but then slips out before anything big happens. Bill is around to wink at everyone...when bouts are slow.

None of this is real. It’s a banana republic....in full scale. We’ve allowed it to become this way.

“I know Putin has had serious dreams of remaking the USSR for years.”

I doubt it. Even the communist party of Russia wouldn’t try to rebuild that mess.
Putin is simply a shrewd political operator, a corporatist at heart. Would the Founders have approved of him? No. Then again, they probably wouldn’t approve of a single world leader today.

All this being said, Putin embarrasses TOTUS, and is aligned with us on some key issues. At this point, I’m calling a truce with him pending future events.

It’s the Russian Empire, not the USSR, that Putin could be accused of wanting to recreate. And that woman from Pussy Riot is not jailed because of some foreign-style First Amendment type criticism of Putin, musical or otherwise. She’s in jail for things like trespassing in a church and museum to have a ‘protest-orgy’, regardless of her state of pregnancy. But there are valid criticisms in the article as well, mostly of the choom-gangster.

I think the guilty queen was Lady McBeth of McBeth, not Hamlet.

It was the Lady Macbeth that tried to wash guilt “bloodstains” off her hands (”out, out, damn spot!), not the Queen of Denmark.

Putin want to rebuild the influence USSR had, like any patriot will want with their own country, but not under socialist model, but a capitalist model

Putin and Russia are no angels....but their biggest critics are those who support Communism and Communist China....”Commie Envy”

The US goes left and the Russians try to go conservative.

If that really IS his goal, then I predict he will be successful if allowed to implement his plans. Putin’s goal of a new Russia, based on capitalism will not likely be the rapid, skyrocketing ‘mission accomplish”ent experienced by the Chinese, because the Russian territories are home to many different ethnicities, whereas China is still largely homogenous racially speaking. We have our differences, but many people I have met from the Russian lands are very capable people, able to adapt to present needs. Of course they have their scam artists, dopers and alcoholics as we do. Some potenialties of the human condition remain unchanged from continent to continent.

When we (meaning a significant minority of parasites, plus fictional and dead voters) put an unbelievably small man in the White House, this was an unavoidable outcome. I pray that Putin is sufficiently benign that he will be able to reduce the damage inflicted by the anti-American communist in our White House.

Gertrude was the Queen of Denmark, and although she was indirectly guilty of her husband’s death, she didn’t even bother to try washing his blood off her hands!

For her, troubles came not in single spies, but in battalions.

obama and his entire administration are so infinitely horrible that I find myself rooting for Putin....had gloating over the fact that he holds obama in such contempt. I guess the enemy of my enemy is my friend.
