Although Poutine is very Canadian, I would suggest a properly done Tourtière, which is more of a meal than a side dish. A Tourtiere is a Canadian meat pie.

They don’t have my Ginger With Too Much Salmon dinner, served with brown rice and chopped shitake mushrooms, red peppers and scallions, and a side dish of asparagus steamed over sesame oil flavored water and sprinkled with sesame seeds.
A couple of cold beers and a bag of peanuts is my definition of a “Power Lunch”.

I didn’t see open pit barbecued spare ribs on the list, so by definition this list is bushwa.
Then there was a boat covered with sushi delivered from an appreciative client in Hollywood. The wooden boat was almost 2 feet long and the best part. There was only two of us in the business that time of night when it was delivered. Yummy stuff.
A man was invited to a Swedish wedding but his friend warned him about some of the more unusual customs. His friend said they had a custom of sorts, like door prizes. Third prize was a date with a bridesmaid. Second prize was a date with the maid of honor...
He shockingly said “You can’t mean first prize is...”
“Yep, ten pounds of Lutefisk!”
