LINCOLN, NE (CBS) A new study has confirmed something women have been complaining about for years.
The research, out of the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and published in the Springer-published journal Sex Roles, essentially corroborates the belief that people tend to focus more on the breasts and figure of a woman when analyzing her appearance than they do on her face.
According to researchers, the study was the first ever to use eye-tracking technology to examine the glances of men when the ogle or check out women, whereas previous research had used only womens self-reported experiences.
After monitoring how the gazes of 29 women and 36 men from a large Midwestern university reacted to images of the same group of female models with various body shapes, scientists concluded that participants focused more on the females chests and figure when asked to evaluate their appearance than they did on the womens facial features.
NO NO it’s, (.)(.)!
BOOBIES!
Iwas wondering how long it would take for SOMEONE to post that. LOL!
Women started complaining when they were told to start complaining, two generations of females have been artificially shaped and conditioned and sensitized (militantized), as other people have been trained and conditioned and sensitized (militantized)on race.
What magnificent earrings!
My then teen son always said “nice eyes”. Now why would teen boys watch Wonder Woman?
I’ll add, that as with so many things, the militanized hyper sensitivity (condemnation of looking) coincided with the aggressive promotion of breasts by women, that we didn’t see before.
They are quite lovely, aren’t they? I bet they were expensive.
Better for them to look at my chest than the giant mole on my cheek with the thick black hair growing out of it......
“But perhaps whats most interesting is that women also tended to objectify other females in the same way that men did. They, too, spent more time focusing on figure than face.”
Rut-roh women are pigs too.
So they get them “enhanced” so that they’re noticeable then complain because they’re noticed? Yup. Makes liberal sense.
I must be a butt man. I know this because everyone always says to me “You’re an ass, man.”
If they didn’t want us to look stop hoisting them up and exposing them at every chance.
If you don’t want us to look, don’t display them so nicely.
What sickens me is women that “show their cleavage” all the time. Not because they do so. But because by the time they turn 40 the area from their neck to thier mid chest has had so much sun damage it looks like george harrison’s plumbers crack. It is not flaunting what you got. But knowing when to flaunt and not to over flaunt.... I hardly ever show cleavage but when I do it is a special and appreciated thing.
