The Emperor of the Oil Patch

What's scary is how little Obama actually knows about the actual process of producing energy. One of the country's greatest energy entrepreneurs, Harold Hamm of Continental Resources (a visionary pioneer in the development of the Bakken shale), came away from a White House meeting convinced that Obama lives in a "fantasy world" when it comes to the nation's energy needs.

Scary, maybe. Surprising? Not at all. This clueless clown shows his total ignorance constantly. I'm surprised he could ever find his way out of a bath-house. And yet, and yet, there are still millions of other clueless didiots who think we invented water.

Actually, the "fantasy world" he lives in covers far, far more than just energy topics.

What is so bizarre is how the frackers helped bail out Baraq.

Imagine our economy if none of that increased oil production had happened?

Just because the delusional Left has said Obumbles was the smartest man alive doesn’t make it so. He never ran anything but his mouth, and due to the abject ignorance and envy of the Welfare Class and the un-American wet dreams of the university Communists and the mdm, he was elected president of a nation of 330,000,000 people. He freely admits that he knows nothing about anything in every scandal that comes creeping out from the slime that is his presidency.

He and his liberal / pogressive army think they can will anything to happn by just saying it (they frequently sell-project their owns sins onto others and try to shift lame onto them. They also believe in fairies, unicorns, and rainbows with gold pots at the end of them. I guess when you have lied as much as they haveyou begin believing anything is possible as long as someone else is doing the heavy lifting and paying “their” bills.

For the champions of Big Government, of course, poverty is a good thing.  The more poverty, the more perceived need for government assistance.  What really frightens this president is the prospect of free enterprise succeeding.  Imagine 330 million Americans living prosperous and free, with no need for anything from government.  That is the real nightmare for the left, and Obama is doing everything possible to see that it doesn't happen.

And that is why I chose the seemingly incongruent name of a song by a Marxist post-punk band for my screen name.

If we could just buy a bunch of these things from China, we'd be all set!

“The man ultimately in charge of oil and gas permitting on federal lands, in charge of EPA policy with regard to drilling, in charge of taxation and regulation that affect the ability of companies to expand their production of oil and gas”

There is no such man!

The body with that responsibility would be the US Congress.

435 elected representatives in the house is a far better number than one executive in the white house. Add 100 in the Senate, and it detracts a bit, but they are responsible even if they are in denial, having abdicated years ago.

I remember a while ago when someone said that 60 miles per gallon for cars would violate the laws of physics. The answer from some RAT was: “We’ll just change the laws”.

That’s the liberal mindset summed up. They think they indoctrinatr, manipulate and control everything including human nature to bend to their will (usually for profit). They are a depraved, mentally ill, and downright evil. No truth is in them.

Bill Clinton was a good enough BS artist that he could at least fool people into believing he knew what he was talking about with pretty much any subject.

Zippo is such an idiot he can’t even BS his way through no matter what the subject is.

Once he opens his mouth you know he is a complete idiot.

There is a reason liberalism will always fail.

Conservatives base their future / success on God and by their own hands

Liberals base their future /success on the efforts of others hands at the direction of their god - Government.

Liberals fail to see how they are naively used to put people in power who make paper mache promises then fail to deliver and demand even more of their money (taxes) to elevate their own self-interests.

Seems to me that VW produced a Rabbit Diesel that got 60 mph back in the 70s. I doubt it could meet EPA regs today.
