I remember the first time I was in Manhattan. This was back before Rudy and the place was a little different. But, there were friendly college girls on many street corners that wanted to party with me. Nicea place!

Regarding the map and camera - if you leave yourself vulnerable and/or appear to not have a clue, a fair percentage will take that as you ‘wanted’ your wallet lifted from your pocket or the she ‘wanted’ her pocketbook to be taken from the seat. It’s true.
When taken down to the precinct, they’ll tell the cops with a straight face the victim wanted it done to him/her. Fair game in this town.
