I saw this website on someone's bumper sticker as I was waiting in the drive-thru at KFC. Went to the website and saw what it is. Can anybody explain what this movement is? Is this considered constat de supernaturalitate or non constat de supernaturalitate by the Catholic Church?

(This is not a statement of fact. It is either opinion or satire; or both.)

The alleged apparitions at Medjugorje are not approved by the local bishop.

It is not an approved apparition. That is all you need to know about Medjugorje.

What is Medjugorje? It means “between the mountains.”

"The place is St. James Parish in the remote village of Medjugorje, 3 miles south of Mostar, in what was then known as Yugoslavia. On June 24, 1981, two village girls, Ivanka and Mirjana, were walking along the hillside just outside the village when they suddenly saw, high on the hillside, a phenomenon which they recognized as the "Gospa" (The Blessed Virgin Mary). They were soon joined by two others, Vicka and Ivan, and the following day by two more children, Mria and Jocov"....from the introduction to the pamphlet "Our Lady of Medjugorje", published by The Riehle Foundation, P.O. Box 7, Milford Ohio 45150 (513-576-0032).
According to the pamphlet, the authenticity of the phenomenon is still undetermined and the "investigation is on hold". Apparently the local Bishop of Mostar initially endorsed and believed in the apparition, but later withdrew his endorsement. When asked about the issue in 1986, Pope Paul II said "Let the people go to Medjugoje if they convert, pray, confess, do penance, and fast" - whatever that means......
